Pros:

Location. Staff attitude.

Cons:

For 4* standard:
- Pillow is too high, not comfortable to head on it.
- Food is poor.
- swimming pool surrounding is always dirty.
- shampoo and shower gel are poor. Don’t have hair conditional after shampoo.
- elevator area is broken. Seems like no more good management and investment to maintain the property in good condition.

We would choose a more central hotel if coming back.
Pros:

They let me check in about an hour earlier which was great as we came directly from a long flight. Lots of choices for breakfast.

Cons:

No welcome drinks at all even though it was boiling hot when we arrived. Breakfast is the same everyday, bonus afternoon tea was actually just leftovers from breakfast but the worst was their communication, we turned up at allocated time and the staff was not even aware, it took them a while to organise the afternoon tea which was boiling hot tea on a boiling hot afternoon, nothing refreshing.
