Pros:

The internet wasn't working and the hotel smelled of smoke because they were burning trash nearby. Our group checked out early to find a better place to stay.

I didn’t like their breakfast and their customer service was poor. My bath tub didn’t have a tub and they didn’t have any available for me.Their telephone wasn’t working

I booked a double delux room for a night, however, at check in this obviously inexperienced young man gives a standard room.

When I pointed this out to him he comes out with the price list which included Standard, Delux etc insisting I booked standard with occupancy for 2 and that’s what Delux double means. I checked in at 9pm but I only booked for a night just to stay the night and assess the hotel first then extend the next day.

As a seasoned worldwide traveler with several hotel chain memberships, IHG, Marriot, Radisson, Accor etc I found this attitude as sub standard and will simply move to another hotel.
