Pros:

El personal tiene un trato muy amable. Se puede llegar caminando al centro de la ciudad, pues se encuentra relativamente cerca de él.
La comida del restaurante es muy rica y puedes aprender muchas cosas sobre la historia de la ciudad, si visitas el museo que se encuentra dentro del hotel.

Las habitaciones

Cons:

La primer noche bien , la segunda muy mal pues había mucho ruido de los huéspedes en la madrugada y en la mañana a partir de las 6 am mucho ruido de los empleados , eso me pareció muy mal pues lo que uno quiere es dormir .

La verdad esta horrible no por el lugr si no por la poca politica de sus empleados, externare las razones: No nos dieron opcion sobre el horario de alojamiento, ni tampoco nos solicitaron un taxi. Y tambien no llegaba el internet a la habitacion, es todo gracias por nada

Pros:

No me respetaron mi reservación en el hotel y me mandaron a otro de la misma cadena, justificándome que llego un grupo. Pero si uno hace la reserva es precisamente de tener algo seguro.

Atención y comida excelentes
Pros:

Fui con mis papás para tomar vacaciones en Chiapas y la atención del hotel fue la mejor: son muy amables y educados. La comida es otro de los puntos destacables, es muy rica y barata.
En general estuvo bien ya que además, la ubicación es céntrica y puedes ir caminando a lugares bonitos de San Cristóbal.
Los únicos puntos negativos son el olor de las habitaciones ya que hay mucha humedad y le falta mantenimiento a la madera; y para mala suerte, nos tocó un grupo de adolescentes que estuvo hospedado y hacían mucho ruido por lo cual nos pareció un poco incómodo por la noche.
