Great and highly recommend
Pros:

I liked everything, reception staff were amazing and accommodating, room was spotless, breakfast was great, facilities were superb.

Cons:

The beach was really nice, but would be good to clean it regularly from the seaweed.

Had a lovely stay and would go back.
Pros:

Wonderful place to stay, comfortable and mainly very helpful staff.

Cons:

Pool man was unhelpful all he did was sweep leaves, got rather cross when we requested a towel!! Pool also very deep with no shallow end not good for children or non swimmers.

Cons:

Reception and staff were not honest in room availability. They did not let me change rooms and forced me into a room at a higher price despite having availability for cheaper rooms. I expected better service from a hotel so well thought of.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Really lovely rooms direct access to the beach.

Cons:

No porter on the door on arrival, had to carry bags through to reception. No hot water for 3 out of the 5 nights we stayed. Food service in restaurants terrible, good staff but not enough staff. Food quality very poor. 3 hrs to get a hot properly cooked pizza.

Pros:

Wonderful experience at Nomad Diani Beach. Arrived Christmas Day for 3 nights and the ocean view suites were well worth the +$800 a night price. Very clean rooms, beautifully furnished with an amazing ocean view, private seating area and sunbeds overlooking the sea

The pool was great, 5m deep and very peaceful. The hotel offered free afternoon tea 4-5pm and each evening at 6.30-7.30 there were welcome cocktails, wine-tasting with the very kind and knowledgeable sommelier Eric.

The buffet breakfast was outstanding, as was lunch and dinner.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Friendly and attentive staff and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

No hot buffet breakfast. The hote breakfast menu has only eggs and pan cake. It is the probably the most expensive hotel on that strip.
many nice resorts/hotel there on the same beach strip had hot buffet breakfast and better menu

Pros:

Average food. There are better restaurants in Diani which are more reasonably priced. The service was good but otherwise we were quite disappointed by this restaurant as we expected more based on other reviews.

A lovely location & amazing staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly & service impeccable, very clean & the beach great

Cons:

It was under renovation and I wasn’t told! The pool was off limit for 2 days
The first night there was no grill instead we were served food already chosen!
Spa was also being renovated
While I did have a lovely time it would have been nice to have been warned in advance
