Enjoyed the restaurant. And staff were amazing. Very muck looking after.

Restaurant is beautiful. Lovely food. And staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I don’t like the swimming pool. Tiles are broken.
Bed sheets are old clothes. Need to change them.

It was a good stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was extensive and very good. The location was perfect. Easy access to all tourist spots, shopping centres.

Cons:

The phones connection was not that great. Longer holds on the phone and room service was slow.

Marriott -my favourite stay
Pros:

We have been to Kochi Marriott quite a number of times it’s one of my favourite hotels as always it was pleasant stay this time too amazing house keeping and the food they serve has always been fantastic the rooms are also very cozy and pristine looking forward to more of Marriott stay

Great experience!!!
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay @ the Hotel for 3 nights with my family. Very clean and tidy room allocated for us. Friendly associates in all related departments like bell desk, front office and Housekeeping. Special mention to Ms Insha, Ms Hoi and I am sorry I forgot the name of the gentleman who checked me in - very friendly and pleasant guy. Kudos to Kochi Marriott team and wish you all success.
