Pros:

Excellent customer service, great team at reception, in the restaurant and from the door porters. Housekeeping kept the room in amazing condition for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was superb coupled with friendly and attentive staff.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were exceptional and high quality.

Our stay at Marriott Cochin was an average experience overall. Unfortunately, the front-of-house staff did not seem particularly well-trained. Upon arrival, we were simply handed the room keys and had to find our room on our own. There was also no explanation of the hotel’s facilities, services, or breakfast arrangements, which would have been helpful for first-time guests.

The room itself was quite small and not as well maintained as expected, especially considering the price point. As a result, we felt the overall value for money was only average.

On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality of food. We also appreciated the buggy service connecting the hotel to Lulu Mall, which was convenient and efficient.

Overall, while there were some good aspects to our stay, there is certainly room for improvement, particularly in guest service and room maintenance.

A perfect, luxurious stay that made falling in love with Kochi that much more easier.
Pros:

It was located at a convenient place. Lulu mall is right next to it. The service is excellent especially the room service. The standard is cleanliness is perfect.

Cons:

The toilet has become a bit run down from the time I visited three years ago. That needs to be maintained. It’s very clean though just a tiny bit of maintaining should be done.

Pros:

No doubt The Kochi Marriott hotel is one of the best hotel that I stay in Kochi. The reception staff are always supported when requesting. The food style considered one of the best too as they have a varity breakfast for all guest type. All this because the hotel managment seems to be very close to both thier staff and all guest.
