The staff who attended me by the name of Vishvanathan was very helpful and friendly and clear on his explanation in any quarries.

Cons:

Overall was so good, but the room hospitality did not fill check on the shower cream as it was not filled. And the face towel also was not kept most of the time. The buffet breakfast was good and tasty too, except of the fact on it was not a complimentary instead we have to pay for it. Most hotel comes with a complimentary breakfast. This was a five star hotel and and on i took 2 interconnected rooms.

Terrible experience at this Marriott hotel, do not recommend!

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay here and strongly advise against booking. At checkout, they presented me with an incorrect bill. Upon close inspection, I discovered I'd been greatly overcharged. I had to argue extensively with the duty manager before he finally admitted the mistake. He asked me to pay the full amount anyway so he could reconcile it internally with accounting and refund the excess later. Naively, I trusted a Marriott property wouldn't scam me and agreed.

I received written confirmation from the manager promising the refund within days. That was over three weeks ago, and I've seen nothing. I've followed up repeatedly, only to be told "it's coming soon." Now, my messages are completely ignored. I can only conclude this was deliberate fraud.
Beyond losing money, I've wasted hours chasing this. I expected better from Marriott, reliability and trust are supposed to be their standard. I recommend double-checking every bill detail before paying, especially hidden overcharges in currency conversions, which only show up on scrutiny. This might be a regular tactic here.

בחרתי לחזור למלון לאחר שהתארחתי מספר ימים במסגרת טיול באזור קארלה. לאחר שלא היתה לי אפשרות לחזור לארץ בגלל המלחמה בחרתי להשאר עוד שבוע במריוט קוצין.

Pros:

Staff were extremely attentive and polite. Mr Mohosin greeted us every morning during breakfast and ensured that we were well taken care of. Service, including room cleaning, was exceptional. We also dined at Casava restaurant. Food was excellent.
