ALWAYS MY GO TO HOTEL IN KOCHI
Pros:

Once again my experience here at this hotel was wonderful. From the moment entering hotel and greeted like family to the cleanliness of the rooms and excellent service. The breakfast is always exceptional and the evening executive lounge is well Presented. Always appreciate the hiring of disadvantaged personal. Highly recommend this hotel.

A family away from home .

I came to Kochi from Australia travelling alone, and what I will remember most about my stay at Kochi Marriott Hotel is not simply the beautiful hotel, but the extraordinary kindness of its people.
As a counsellor, I spend much of my professional life thinking about human connection and the small things that make people feel safe, welcomed and cared for. During my stay, the Marriott team gave me exactly that. They became my family away from my family.
Deepti, Mary and Jafar each looked after me with such genuine warmth and attentiveness. And then there was FiveBoy - my favourite friend! His kindness, humour and beautiful spirit brought a smile to my face every day. Checking in on me, celebrating my wins, sharing local knowledge and making me laugh and smile. Thank you . An amazing group of young people with a vibrant future ahead of them. I am so proud of you all .
The chefs were exceptional. They didn't simply prepare wonderful food; they listened, remembered my preferences and made me feel personally cared for. That level of hospitality cannot be manufactured through training alone, it comes from people who genuinely care.
I arrived as a guest and leave feeling that I have made friends in Kochi.
Thank you to this wonderful team for being part of my Kerala journey. You gave me something much more valuable than a five-star hotel stay: a feeling of belonging.

Very good and enjoy my family

We recently stayed at the Kochi Marriott Hotel for two days with our family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
The check-in process was smooth, quick, and welcoming, making us feel right at home after our journey. The staff throughout our stay were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding customer service, always ready to assist with a warm smile.
Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the room service was prompt and efficient whenever we needed anything. A special mention goes to the breakfast spread—it was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious local and international options that the whole family thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you to the entire team at Kochi Marriott for making our family getaway so memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kochi and look forward to staying here again!

I wouldn't quite put it at a 5-star level compared to the 5-star hotels we've stayed at.
Pros:

There are very few positive points, and more negatives to mention. The staff were generally nice.

Cons:

Honestly, there were quite a few issues. The person handling the orders was very new to the job; we had to call twice or more after confirming the order, yet mistakes still happened. The 0 dial is almost useless—often nobody answers, and there’s no dedicated speed dial for room service, making it very hard to get in touch with them. Overall, this feels more like a very unprofessional, subpar hotel rather than a five-star experience. For breakfast, we ordered the same items on different days, but the quality never matched; sometimes the coffee would arrive clumped together like porridge. On our last night, the sweet lassi we ordered had gone bad, and the toilet seat area smelled like urine when we arrived. I had to clean the area myself to get rid of the smell, but later it was okay. On the bright side, the room and linens were very clean. Room service was slow, and the food was just average—nothing that felt five-star. There’s only a single operator answering calls, which isn't very professional for a five-star hotel. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and did not live up to the Marriott brand's standards.

Cons:

Cleanliness . From concierges no help in loading stuffs or opening car doors or giving eye contacts for help !! Reception for any help phone is not picked up taking long delay. Asked for a luggage weighing scale it took long time to deliver & the room boy was not friendly enough to wait or to comeback to collect and he was hurrying the process . Lights were working overall cleanliness of the room felt not great . As this is our fourth time staying in kochi Marriot this is the first time we felt something like this

Kochi Marriot - the very best!
Pros:

My cousins and I had the most wonderful experience at the Marriot in Kochi. Thanks to Karan and all of the exceptional staff. We enjoyed the high quality buffets, live music and the comfortable accommodations. We would come back in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises again.
