Our morning breakfast experience was nothing short of extraordinary, made truly special by the warmth, thoughtfulness, and impeccable service of the staff. Traveling with young children can often be a bit chaotic, but the hospitality here made our mornings relaxed, enjoyable, and genuinely heartwarming.
We want to give a special, heartfelt mention to Miss Mary, our buffet service executive. From the moment we walked in, her attentiveness and genuine kindness stood out. She went far above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable. Taking care of an 8-month-old baby while dining out is no easy task, but Mary anticipate every need—ensuring we had everything necessary for the baby and paying such gentle attention to our little one. What touched us even more was how wonderfully she pampered our 5-year-old boy. She made him feel so special, engaged with him with such warmth, and ensured he had his favorite treats, turning mealtime into something he actively looked forward to each morning. Her proactive care and infectious smile genuinely set the tone for our entire stay.
Equally deserving of high praise is the pastry chef, Mr. Jaimon. The breakfast pastry spread was an absolute masterpiece! Every item—from the flaky, butter-rich croissants to the exquisitely prepared morning pastries and desserts—was crafted to perfection. You can taste the artistry, precision, and passion in every single bite. Chef Jaimon clearly takes immense pride in his craft, and his talent elevated the entire buffet experience into a gourmet delight.
The entire breakfast layout was fresh, abundant, and beautifully presented, but it was the exceptional human touch provided by Miss Mary and the culinary excellence of Mr. Jaimon that truly made it unforgettable.

I had an outstanding stay at the Marriott Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the experience.

The staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I checked in until my departure. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist made me feel valued throughout my stay.

The room was well-appointed with modern amenities. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard, ensuring everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable each day. Room service was prompt, efficient, and the food arrived hot, well-presented, and delicious.

The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its wide variety of high-quality dishes. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering fresh and flavorful options to suit every taste. The restaurant staff were courteous, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout every meal.

Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional.

Check-in was smooth.

The rooms were spacious, neat and well-maintained. The free amenities provided were more than required. The towels were soft and fluffy. The beds were really comfortable. The controls were all automated and fairly easy to understand.

The breakfast had great variety and the food was tasty. The service of the staff was also friendly and helpful even though most of the tables were full.

The timeliness for fulfilling requests like additional water bottles was perfect. Moreover, I asked for band aid as my son had a small cut on his little toe but the hotel sent a physician who examined the wound, sterilized it and applied the band-aid.

The swimming pool was also perfect temperature and well-maintained.

I am writing to share how much I enjoyed my stay at the Kochi Marriott Hotel. As always, staff and services were top-notch, and I left thoroughly satisfied!
I especially want to commend Mr. Sourav Adhikari from the F&B team. Sourav always takes wonderful care of my dining orders, even when I ask for something outside the menu. On top of that, he arranges my checkout takeaway food perfectly every single time, making sure it is on time and customized to my taste. He is truly one off best staff members.
I also want to thank Mr. Anurag Upadhaya, who always warmly welcomes me and my team, as well as your Kitchen and Housekeeping teams. The food is consistently delicious with great variety, and the housekeeping staff are always smiling and ready to help always keeping room clean and fresh.
Location of the hotel is the best in the heart of the city as there is a LULU MALL in walking distance also hotel provides the buggy to drive you in the mall from hotel.
Overall, every department provided excellent service from check-in to checkout. Thank you for making every stay so comfortable, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon!
