Check-In & Payment Policies
Card Verification: The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in. The cardholder’s name must match the name on the guest’s valid photo ID.
Advance Deposits: Please note that the hotel will charge the required deposit to your credit card immediately. If the transaction is unsuccessful, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Late Arrivals: If you anticipate arriving outside of standard check-in hours, please contact the property in advance to make arrangements.
Security Deposits: A refundable $150.00 security deposit is required upon arrival for guests under the age of 25 or those residing within a 60-mile (1-hour) radius of the hotel.
Parking Information
Seasonal Rates: Between May 22nd and September 7th, parking is available for $10.00 per car, per night (tax inclusive).
Off-Season: Parking is complimentary outside of these dates.

Excellent location for a quick getaway

The only thing good about the property was its location. The property was located one block off the boardwalk and proximity to many of the needed amenities and stores.
This property was probably one of the filthiest properties I have ever seen. In general, the property was rundown and very dirty. Not to mention the numerous safety concerns. The exterior sidewalk was filthy hasn’t been swept in years, covered in cigarette butts, and even found a prophylactic, which had been there for quite some time laying on the ground close to the stairs. As far as safety, the area around the exterior ice machine was slimy and wet. Someone could’ve easily fallen and hurt themselves. The fire suppression equipment on the exterior of the building was rusty, this included the standpipes that would feed the sprinkler systems, one of the sprinkler connections for the fire department was completely hidden on the exterior of the building. The fire extinguishers that were located on the property were extremely rusty I need to be serviced or replace. The property had a wooden deck for the pool area, which is wet a great deal of the time. Underneath the deck was exposed wiring. This wiring should’ve been in case in conduit to meet code, but was not thus creating a potential electrocution hazard.
The room itself smelled like vomit, the bathroom was extremely tiny and right next to the sink was an electrical outlet, which was not GFI protected, which would’ve been another electrocution hazard. The security latch on the door was broken, and on the sliding glass door had a bent piece of metal that was supposed to lock the door. Throughout the room, the floor was filthy. The corners were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was hair wedged underneath the doors in the bathroom.
When we arrived, the air conditioner did not work, so the maintenance person was going to replace it. The replacement air conditioner was absolutely filthy. The filters were clogged with lint due to the fact that air conditioner was located on the patio, and the laundry was next-door with about an 8 inch pipe blowing lint into the air-conditioning system.

Bathroom was a little small for 4 people
We loved the view and the beach. The staff was amazing. They were friendly and made us feel at home. Check in was fast and when we missed a room turnover they were quick to bring us new towels and TP. The pool was never crowded and there was always space on the deck. There was ample parking in the parking lot and there were many restaurants to choose close by. The room included two free beach chairs per day which we used every day.
The beds were very uncomfortable. We all struggled to get a good nights sleep.

Dated the air conditioner kept shutting off we had to keep calling for maintenance
