Good place for a budget holiday
Pros:

If you’re looking for a cheap stay in Malaga, this property definitely ticks this box. The property is clean and the staff are friendly. The location is good and very central, and the rooftop terrace is beautiful (but a long way up the stairs!)

Cons:

It’s not the fault of the hotel that there is a nightclub in the square, so it can get rather loud through the night if there is an event on. The night club is open until 6am.

Due to the layout of the property any noise made from the cafe travels up the stairs, so lie ins aren’t easy in the morning. When the cafe is open or staff come in to start their shift.

The beds were also rather soft and facilities are limited

La mattina del check-in ho contattato la struttura per ricevere informazioni sul check-in e sugli eventi in zona; solo in quel momento sono stata informata che non avrebbero potuto ospitarmi a causa di un overbooking.
Trovo questa gestione poco corretta, considerando che avevo effettuato la prenotazione circa 15 giorni prima dell’arrivo, e che la situazione avrebbe potuto essere comunicata con maggiore anticipo.

Sono stata spostata in un’altra struttura, che ho provato a contattare più volte senza ricevere né risposte alle chiamate né ai messaggi. Ho ottenuto un riscontro soltanto alle 21:00 del giorno del check-in.
Inoltre, non è stata cambiata solo la struttura, ma anche le condizioni della prenotazione: avevo prenotato una camera con bagno privato in camera e due letti matrimoniali, mentre mi è stata assegnata una stanza con bagno privato esterno, situato alla fine del corridoio.
Avendo avuto tardo riscontro e riusciti a raggiungere la struttura solo dopo averli contattati, abbiamo dovuto adeguarci ed accettare una camera con letto matrimoniale e letto aggiunto dove non c’era neanche spazio per raggiungere il bagno.

Centralissima ma in una piazzetta separata dalla strade più grandi. A gennaio l'ho trovato un posto molto silenzioso. Colazione tipo bar. Personale molto cortese.

In stanza un tavolino e una sedia più comodi per lavorare, ma si può lavorare anche nella hall, dove ci sono tanti tavoli a disposizione.
