ottimo soggiorno, ottimo personale, molto buona la struttura in posizione molto strategica

la disponibilità e la cortesia dei giovani proprietari (o gestori) di questa struttura è stata davvero esemplare, più unica che rara. Sempre attenti alla esigenza del cliente e pronti a aiutarlo in esigenze anche del tutto particolari. Questo, almeno per me, vale tantissimo. Per il resto, confermo le recensioni di chi mi ha preceduto. La camera, spaziosissima, è sempre stata pulita perfettamente, silenziosa, malgrado l'affaccio su strada, bagno finestrato. La colazione è varia, con tutto il necessario. Ottima l'idea della macchina per la spremuta di arancia fresca e non la solita "bibita in cartone" industriale. A richiesta, uova sode anzichè strapazzate e servizio al tavolo molto attento e premuroso. Buono anche l'equilibrio fra dolce e salato, così come il caffè. l'hotel è senz'altro in posizione molto strategica, perchè vicinissimo alla metro, autobus e parcheggio monopattini e bici elettriche, per chi li usa. a piedi, si raggiunge il centro in un quarto d'ora, trovandosi alla fine del ponte che si percorre a piedi e in bici, oltre che in auto. Per il parcheggio dell'auto la struttura ha una convenzione, ma abbiamo usufruito di un parcheggio pubblico a circa 700 metri dalla strada principale su cui affaccia l'hotel, che è prima dello stesso in via a senso unico. Nei giorni successivi comunque abbiamo visto che dietro l'hotel e nelle zone limitrofe si può parcheggiare tranquillamente anche per strada. Comodissimi anche i letti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e consigliato anche per famiglie.

Comfortable and easy for the Lanxess arena
Pros:

All the staff were lovely and the location was great for being a the Lanxess arena.

Cons:

So many spiders in my room - it was like a horror film. Eventually I went down to reception and they gave me some spray which did the trick.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad, mede dankzij de fantastische locatie en het goede ontbijt.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was heel goed en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. De locatie was fantastisch: de Hohenzollernbrücke (Rijnbrug) ligt op korte loopafstand. Ideaal!

Cons:

We hebben eigenlijk niets meegemaakt dat tegenviel. Alles was naar wens!

Nah an der LANXESS Arena, perfekt für Konzertbesucher, aber bitte ohne große Erwartungen

Nah an der lanxess Arena, super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Im Zimmer waren fette Spinnen, auch vorm Fenster war alles voll Spinnen, so dass man das nicht öffnen konnte. Die Dusche war schimmelig. Das Frühstück war ok, aber mehr auch nicht....

Personal war sehr freundlich Check In und Out ging schnell und unkompliziert.
Kleine kleine Tüte mit einem Stück Schokolade und einem Tütchen Gummibärchen war auf dem Bett. Und auf dem Tisch auch als Geschenk, eine Flasche Wasser, eine kleine Apéro Spitzbund eine Dose Red Bull. War sehr positiv überrascht.

Cons:

Diie Dusche war etwas eng, aber es ging. Nur in einer Ecke müsste etwas gründlicher geschrubbt werden, hässlicher Fleck, Schimmel?

Sehr angenehm, können wir weiterempfehlen.

Das Fr0hstück war sehr gut und eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung
Das Empfangspersonal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die feinen Extras im Zimmer haben uns sehr gefreut.

Ein zweiter Stuhl im Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.
