Christmas/New Years rooms must be prepaid on November 15th or at the time of booking. Easter rooms must be paid 30 days in advance or at time of booking.

Please note that this 25m² room has one queen size bed, private bathroom with solar heated water, ceiling fan, air conditioning, mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sink and the basic dishware.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Great location but that's all
Pros:

The location is perfect, just in front of the amazing beach.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable, and the hotel in general is quite noisy. The rooms are arranged around the pool; although I was on the second floor, I could still hear everything.

The walls are extremely thin—I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The shower is very basic, without even a place to put a toothbrush or toiletries.

All in all, aside from the location, I found this place to be overpriced.

Comodidad de acceso directo al mar
Pros:

Ubicación dentro de Manuel Antonio, que tuviera salida directa al mar, el señor que atiende el restaúran, Rony.

Cons:

Estructura con gradas de acceso para arriba y para abajo, rampa muy peligrosa. Aspecto descuidado. Algunos rincones sucios. El edificio es el que se ve sin reparaciones

Pros:

The location was fantastic, it was right on the beach and a very short walk to Manual Antonio NP.

Cons:

In lieu of a duvet/comforter, there was a curtain on the bed masquerading as a blanket (we checked, the curtains and the "blanket" were the same). Also, there was Serratia marcescens abound in the room and the walls are very thin.

Les mauvaises odeurs dans les 2 chambres que nous avons loué. Globalement l'hôtel est moins bien entretenu que ceux que nous avons fait dans la même gamme au Costa Rica.

La limpieza de la piscina y los lugares comunes

Cons:

Los implementos de cocina, la olla para cocinar no tenía tapa.
En general faltaban implementos para cocina.
En el espacio de la piscina había turistas con parlantes con música estridente, muchos gritos y nadie de la administración hacía nada al respecto.

Cons:

Tuvimos un problema una noche que no pudimos dormir, al día siguiente tuve que comunicarme con atención al cliente de booking para que nos den una compensación y cambio de habitación y lo hicieron a una habitación mejor. Al día siguiente la causa de nuestro problema lo habían modificado a nivel estructural y pintaron la habitación. Las opiniones son en base a esa habitación mejor.
