Las habitaciones son cómodas, el acceso a la playa es perfecto, la piscina excelente y el restaurante delicioso.
Falta mantenimiento en las puertas, la del baño no cerraba. Se puede mejorar el acceso desde el parqueo para personas con limitaciones de movilidad.

Location. Only thing going for it
From an ownership and asset management perspective, this property reflects a prolonged and systemic lack of reinvestment.
The asset is in a state of advanced physical deterioration. Common areas and gardens are not only poorly maintained but visibly neglected, with operational tools and debris left in guest-facing spaces, creating an impression more akin to a service yard than a hospitality environment.
Furniture, fixtures, and equipment appear to date back several decades, with no evidence of meaningful capital expenditure. In-room conditions are particularly concerning. We stayed in Villa 1 and Villa 4. In the latter, the sofa bed is in such poor condition that it raises basic hygiene concerns. The mattress and bedding are worn, with noticeable odors and rough, aged linens that fall well below acceptable standards.
Exterior elements are equally compromised. Sections of roofing appear to be failing, with debris visible around the property, and building exteriors are unclean and deteriorated. Basic housekeeping protocols are not being upheld; evidenced by used amenity packaging left in the shower, malfunctioning shower doors, and towels that are clearly past their usable lifecycle, both in quality and sanitation.
What is most striking is not a single point of failure, but the consistency of neglect across all touchpoints. This suggests an ownership strategy that has prioritized short-term cash extraction over long-term asset preservation.
The underlying market dynamics likely allow this to persist, where demand exceeds supply, reducing the immediate pressure to maintain standards. However, this does not mitigate the reputational and operational risks associated with such conditions.
In its current state, the property does not meet even the baseline expectations of a professionally managed hospitality asset. Comparable lower-tier accommodations in far more remote locations often deliver a higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest care.

El colchon que nos pusieron nuevo, cambiando en el mismo momento el q estaba estropeado y hundido.
Fueron muy amables el chici de mantenimiento y la camarera de piso.
A mi gusto, faltaba en la cocina una pequeña vitro, para poder cocinar lo q quiseramos.
