Lela is a superstar, hotel was clean and the breakfast was great!

Stayed here and had a great experience! I originally called over the phone to make a booking. A male answered and told me the computers were down and he would call me back after 15 min. Almost an hour later I called back because I hadn't heard anything and someone else answered. I realized there was a shift change and either the person hadn't been truthful about the computer being down or didn't pass on to his release to call me back. Fortunately, the new woman who answered was super kind and helpful. Her name was Lela and I cannot stress enough how amazing she was. She helped me download the Marriott app, and stayed on the phone with me the whole time to make sure the reservation went through (I was paranoid because we had spotty service in the area). We were happy to see her in-person as well when we checked in. She was cheery (despite it being very late at night) and even remembered my voice from our call earlier that day. It's been weeks and I still remember her name, that's how memorable she made the experience. We only stayed in the hotel less than 12 hours since Billings was just a stop over for us on a long road trip so I don't remember much about the room other than it was clean and very big. The continental breakfast was also really good, I loved the oatmeal bar! Overall, a great experience, would recommend.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

This hotel was super nice, we enjoyed our stay. We traveled through Montana for Christmas and the people here were super friendly. The 2 rooms we had were very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good location. We will be back!

Overall, our stay was inconvenient and disappointing.

The continental breakfast was disappointing, and when we checked in at night, we were told the water would be completely shut off the next day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It would’ve been appreciated if they had offered a discount or the option to stay at their sister hotel. Overall, not worth the price.

If you don’t need wifi - this will do.
Pros:

When you’re traveling for business & rely on fast wifi, Bonvoy Platinum Elite can’t even secure you a fast reliable connection. I spent hours at a Starbucks because the wifi was so slow at the hotel.
The option to connect via QR code to your Netflix & YouTube was slso a nightmare in evenings- all guests were complaining. Front desk just handed you a phone number for some tech support. No thanks, Ill find a faster connection.

Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

We loved our room and the location of our room. We had ground floor with exit very close. The kitchenette was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and attentive. We will be staying there again.

This was exactly what you would expect - and I appreciate that. Having roadtripped through MT and staying in a few spots as necessities, I was looking forward to the comfort of a Marriott. Hard to find the front desk staff at times but otherwise good.
