Overall, our stay was inconvenient and disappointing.

The continental breakfast was disappointing, and when we checked in at night, we were told the water would be completely shut off the next day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. It would’ve been appreciated if they had offered a discount or the option to stay at their sister hotel. Overall, not worth the price.

Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

We loved our room and the location of our room. We had ground floor with exit very close. The kitchenette was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice and attentive. We will be staying there again.

This was exactly what you would expect - and I appreciate that. Having roadtripped through MT and staying in a few spots as necessities, I was looking forward to the comfort of a Marriott. Hard to find the front desk staff at times but otherwise good.

Great Choice for Billings
Pros:

This is a very modern, clean hotel in a great location. Close to shops and restaurants, we even walked to dinner. The room has a full fridge and sink area which let us enjoy a takeout dinner our second night without feeling crowded (or eating on the bed). The sideways tv mount is a little odd and the shower amenities aren't my taste (but that's just me not liking the brand). Easy laundry for guests which we took advantage of and very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Overall, a great place if you are visiting Billings.
