Staff is amazing. its not a high end hotel. for my needs was amazing. is my 2nd time staying here. Solo traveler. Internet signal could be stronger and stable but it works well.

Beautiful place

The staff is so very friendly, nice and helpful. The property is extremely clean. They are willing to help with whatever you might need. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is within walking distance of many places to go shopping, eat, etc.
Would definitely recommend!

Nice, quaint, family-owned business. Rooms have everything you need, AC works great which helps with that Isla humidity. Located in the middle of town next to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and most important the beach! All within short walking distance. Make sure to go Al Natural for the best Al Pastor tacos you will ever have and stop into the market down the street for authentic food stalls and refreshing juices.

The wifi was a little spotty but I wasn't in my room for most of my stay. I also had a small leak in my bathroom ceiling above the sink. They were able to fix the next day and were willing to move me if it didn't get better.

I would definitely stay here again.

Nice simple family owned hotel in a great spot

No hot water for the whole stay

Cute hotel .. advertised as adults only, but we did see some kids for a couple of days, but they weren't a bother. The only issue we had was that we had the smallest room on the top floor. We are older and requested a room on lower floors on the front end of the hotel close to where four of our other friends had rooms and were told they didn't have them. We saw several folks come in after, some alone and they got rooms with two double beds while we had one double bed in a cramped room. Other than that it was fine. The sheets were clean, but the foam on the mattress could have been replaced and the floor under the bed could have been cleaned more often. We were told it had an ocean view, which it did if you sat out on a really SMALL balcony and you barely got to see the ocean past the seawall.
THe owners and the family that ran the place lived on the premises and were pleasant enough. If I had to go back, I would request another room.

No hot water. Uncomfortable beds. Not very clean. Cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for, not much.

Excellent location older hotel, excellent owner, Jerry. Good place to sleep shower and get cleaned up, needs a little more amenities, like towels and utensils for the kitchenette. Everything worked..ice cold air-conditioning ceiling fan for those hot humid days. We had a view, could see the ocean from the balcony. Would stay here again

Everything was fantastic! Family is super accommodating...had a slight problem with shower, but they fixed it immediately...clean, cold AC...beds Ok...perfect location for getting around the island. Will definitely reccommend this very cost effective hotel to friends!! Nothing fancy, but worth every peso!!! Gracias Geraldo!!

It is a very beautiful place very close to the water and beach. Was in a very comfortable room and there was plenty of service when needed. Great location to the action as well

Excellent place in a very good location within Isla Mujeres. All of the touristy areas are within walking distance, and if you want to rent a golf cart, you can do that within walking distance as well. The room was spacious and included everything we needed.

All was wonderful. The family that owns and operates the hotel are very accommodating. My sister and I would highly recommend the Francis Arlene to all looking for a great place to stay while visiting Isla

the courtyard was lovely. I wished there was a coffee maker or small kitchenette. And wished for water in the room.
