Not so good but has potential
Pros:

The location was good and the aircon was functioning well.

Cons:

1. The place was very untidy: dirty mirrors, dirty refrigerator, dust accumulation on windows and window seals, etc.
2. The staircase has dangerously portruding metals that can harm people or their shoes at any time.
3. The reception area always smells of cogarettes or something similar to cigarette smoke.
4. Breakfast menu was omelette, two slices of bread and a glass of juice everyday, no variety or change.
5. What was portrayed in photos online is not as it really appears on the ground.

Ils ont réparé une chambre avec beaucoup de bruit de marteau pendant 3 jours, juste à côté de notre chambre sans même nous prévenir. Ce n'est pas professionnel.
Les draps ne sont pas régulièrement changés.
L'escalier n'est pas maintenu.
Le petit déjeuner est invariable.
Il faut appeler pour qu'on active l'eau chaude.

Haven for me
Pros:

After staying at some similarly priced accommodation in Accra and other towns in Ghana, I was really pleased with the level of comfort I experienced here. Nice friendly staff who were always helpful. I felt very well looked after and quite relieved to have found this place. I even extended my stay by a further week.

Cons:

This hotel would be elevated if more attention to detail was paid to the cleanliness.
