Sinon séjour très agréable. Personnel très sympathique (y compris les femmes de chambre ) qui met tout en œuvre pour sat

Chambre spacieuse.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien avec large choix et fraîcheur des aliments

Cons:

Manque de transat à la piscine extérieure.
Dommage que le soir on ne puisse déguster un cocktail, ils ne savent pas les faire.

Book this hotel! You won’t regret it
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, the room was big and airy with an enormous balcony - everything was perfect - beds were wonderfully comfy, awesome shower and we had the best sleep of our trip so far! Not to mention the best breakfast!

Cons:

Nothing! We couldn’t fault it!

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! The resort is quite beautiful. Good location to get to the airport. Very nice and well-equipped gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The gardens and outdoor pool are great.

Cons:

No printed menus, you can only view them on your phone after scanning a bar code.
Menu prices that are very expensive and change between scans of the bar code.

You can enjoy comfortable and clean rooms and a wide variety of Chinese and Western breakfasts at the hotel.
Pros:

The receptionist and concierge were friendly and made you feel at home upon arrival. The front desk put me in a very comfortable king room with a balcony to look at the trees and mountains.
The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western breakfasts: omelette, bacon, hot sausage, various breads and desserts, and Chinese local breakfasts: dried rice, rice noodles, cold noodles, fried noodles, fried rice, and coffee, yogurt, and a variety of beverages you can freely choose.
The hotel can book a free bus to take you to the airport, high speed train station and some places in the city. At the hotel there is a swimming pool, colored peacocks and white peacocks to see.

Cons:

There is no bus to pick you up from airport to hotel. But you can easily get a taxi from airport to hotel.

Some of the corners in the hotel gardens need to be cleaned up.

Not worthy of the Sheraton franchise
Pros:

Clean and the room was comfortable

Cons:

Pool too cold to use, no pool side service apart from cold drinks, disturbed by loud drunk guests, breakfast very poor, no shuttle bus as advertised
