Book this hotel! You won’t regret it
Pros:

The staff were super friendly, the room was big and airy with an enormous balcony - everything was perfect - beds were wonderfully comfy, awesome shower and we had the best sleep of our trip so far! Not to mention the best breakfast!

Cons:

Nothing! We couldn’t fault it!

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! The resort is quite beautiful. Good location to get to the airport. Very nice and well-equipped gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The gardens and outdoor pool are great.

Cons:

No printed menus, you can only view them on your phone after scanning a bar code.
Menu prices that are very expensive and change between scans of the bar code.

You can enjoy comfortable and clean rooms and a wide variety of Chinese and Western breakfasts at the hotel.
Pros:

The receptionist and concierge were friendly and made you feel at home upon arrival. The front desk put me in a very comfortable king room with a balcony to look at the trees and mountains.
The hotel has a wide variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western breakfasts: omelette, bacon, hot sausage, various breads and desserts, and Chinese local breakfasts: dried rice, rice noodles, cold noodles, fried noodles, fried rice, and coffee, yogurt, and a variety of beverages you can freely choose.
The hotel can book a free bus to take you to the airport, high speed train station and some places in the city. At the hotel there is a swimming pool, colored peacocks and white peacocks to see.

Cons:

There is no bus to pick you up from airport to hotel. But you can easily get a taxi from airport to hotel.

Some of the corners in the hotel gardens need to be cleaned up.

Pros:

Clean and the room was comfortable

Cons:

Pool too cold to use, no pool side service apart from cold drinks, disturbed by loud drunk guests, breakfast very poor, no shuttle bus as advertised

天候に恵まれず、外での観光が殆どできなかったのは残念です。そういった場合に何かお勧めできるアトラクションの紹介などあれば良かったと思います。ホテル周辺には食事するところがなく、ホテル内だけの食事となったことも残念な点です。

Very Memorable Experience
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by their hot springs and dinner bbq that they offer. The service is great, we were celebrating our Anniversary during our stay and they made it very memorable with a surprise waiting for us in our room. A very memorable stay and a place I would recommend to our friends and to anyone looking to relax whilst in Xishuangbanna.
