Lugar lindo, vale muito a pena.
Pros:

Lugar lindo, estrutura maravilhosa, funcionários super educados.

Cons:

Só não gostei da parte de negociação, pois queríamos estender mais alguns dias e essa parte foi um pouco inflexível.

I will probably never come back. For the price, it'd be expected that the hotel would be way better.
Pros:

Pool Bar attendant, Edmundo.
Kudos to the breaksfast.
Pool temperature.
Noise isolation at our room.
Shower was very good and room amenities.

Cons:

The reception staff was one of the worst I've ever seen. Zero politeness, zero understanding our asks, no concern about explaning hotel policies and how services works, etc. The only person we loved to have was Edmundo from the pool bar.
Even the housekeeping was beloow average. We went out around 8h30 in the morning and back only by 3PM and we got no room cleaning even though we left the sign asking for cleaning.
For the price we paied it was a very, very unpleasent experience.

I would recommend it to everyone.
Pros:

I can say this is one of the best hotels in the area. The property exceeded my expectations. The food was very delicious, and the staff were extremely respectful, well-dressed, and very professional. A tall gentleman with glasses at the reception (I unfortunately don’t remember his name) who spoke English was especially helpful to us.

It was a wonderful place to stay for a night and had a very relaxing holiday atmosphere. Parking was very convenient and located right in front of the room. I also had a room with a magnificent view overlooking the pool. Overall, it was a great experience. 😊

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was the same every day and there was no variety or change. The prices on the à la carte menu were quite expensive, even though my stay included meals. I also expected complimentary water in the room. In addition, there were not enough staff members who could speak English.

Cons:

Camareiras batendo no quarto todos os dias pela manhã. Reposição de mini bar também. Desnecessário. Corredor extremamente barulhento.

Custo benefício ruim
Pros:

Eu fiquei hospedada nesse hotel porque participei de um evento no local e isso me traria maior comodidade para me locomover sem precisar de carro. O hotel tbm oferece um restaurante excelente (valor da refeição 119,00- sábado de feijoada e 143,00 no domingo por pessoa para comer a vontade e com bebida não alcoólica inclusa). Então, o lado positivo é a praticidade para quem está lá para participar de eventos. A área é bem grande e repleta de belas árvores (contato com a natureza é maravilhoso) e os funcionários são muito simpáticos… os banheiros disponíveis no local também são bem legais, muito limpinhos…

Cons:

Achei o custo benefício oferecido pelo quarto em si bem ruim... A diária foi quase 700,00 e eu esperava que a acomodação fosse valer a pena. O quarto era imenso, mas não confortável. Por ser muito antigo, o banheiro tinha cheiro de esgoto e muito mofo no teto, o que me causou alergia
As camas e travesseiros eram ruins… uma das cobertas disponíveis no armário já estava usada (não higienizada).
as piscinas estavam bem lotadas e muito sujas… tinha umas gosmas na água e não tive coragem de entrar.
