In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID. According to the state law number 15.449, the property will keep a copy of the minor's ID.

O que tem deixado a desejar ultimamente no hotel é a água quente do chuveiro…

minhas últimas estadias no hotel foram tenebrosas quanto a quesito banho.

Tem dia que não tem água quente. Quando tem sai um fio de água.
Eu que me hospedo no hotel há três anos sei da qualidade e conforto que tem o chuveiro.
Quem se hospeda primeira vez aceita de boa.

Gerente Gustavo melhores isso.
Estamos entrando no inverno e pagar pra tomar banho gelado em um fio de agua é inconcebível.

A água da piscina já é geladíssima e a do chuveiro também … não dá né

O enxoval é um pouco precário, toalhas com partes quase rasgadas por conta de tempo de uso. Lençois limpos, mas com cor de extremamente usados.

A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, mercado, farmácia, praças, bancos, restaurantes, as ruas limpas, tranquilidade maravilhosa. Um silencio, ótimo para ouvir seus pensamentos, chuveiro com aquecimento a gás, ar condicionado potente, muito bom. Os funcionário são muito educados, atenciosos e simpáticos
Os moradores são muito educado, carros andam na com respeito e educação, não aceleram e nem ficam buzinando com impaciência, quando acontece da pra ver imediatamente que não são moradores e estão passeando, ruas calmas sem aberração ou gritos nem animais nas ruas. Adorei o local.

Cons:

Deixou a desejar o café da manhã, muito fraco, poucas opções, bolos muito ruim. Por ser quatro estrela deveria ser melhor, já fui em um três estrela que o café foi maravilhoso, e o estacionamento tem de pagar, e a estadia de pet também, mais não oferece nada para os pets, nem um lugar pra eles e nenhuma atividade ou estadia. Levei tudo que meu pet usa normalmente em casa. Piscina muito gelada, não bate sol e nem é aquecida. Serviço de quarto não trocam as toalhas nem roupa de cama, nem abastece papel higiênico tudo tem de pedir. Travesseiro muito duro dói a cabeça e pescoço.
