Pros:

Já fiquei na suite metropolitan no mesmo prédio, e o quarto era melhor, tinha janela no banheiro, cama boa. Esse que peguei não era da mesma forma.

que no den el servicio de poder guardar la maleta por 01 dia o 02 cuando uno va a regresar nuevamente al hotel , es un servicio que todos los hoteles dan pero en este caso fue un NO retundo y pues nada ir de pueblo en pueblo con una maleta grande porque que hotel no da este servicio es muy incomodo

Recepcionistas atenciosos, quarto limpo, tirando os detalhes do banheiro. Acabei não conseguindo tomar café da manhã (que era incluso), usei apenas para dormir.

Cons:

Faltando atenção na limpeza do banheiro, principalmente dentro do box, muita presença de mofo, suporte de sabonete e de xampu encardidos com resíduos de sabão, cabelo no chão do box, toalhas duras e ásperas. Para estacionar é um caos, entrada pequena, grande movimento de veículos, e funcionários especificamente da parte do estacionamento sem vontade de trabalhar, sem um "boa tarde" sem explicações, simplesmente te mandam deixar carro te dão o papel e partem para outra pessoa. não me senti segura e confortável em ter deixado meu carro na mão deles.
