Banheiro espacioso.

Cons:

O café da manhã foi decepcionante. A parte dos frios estava posicionada em frente ao ventilador e sem proteção adequada, o que me pareceu pouco higiênico.
Além disso, a sala precisa de uma limpeza mais cuidadosa, pois as paredes estavam manchadas de café.
Acredito que esses pontos possam ser melhorados para oferecer uma experiência mais agradável aos hóspedes.

Quarto limpo, café da manhã com bastante opção

Cons:

Um coberto fino apenas para um casal, wi-fi não estava funcionando. No meio da noite tentei falar com a recepção por várias vezes para pedir mais um cobertor e pedir ajuda com o wi-fi mas o telefone não dava linha. Por duas vezes saímos a noite e quando voltamos a recepção estava vazia, não parece ter muita segurança, a impressão que dá é que qualquer pessoa consegue entrar e subir para os quartos. O hotel é ótimo, mas tem muita coisa a melhorar.

Buena atención del personal pero falta mantención de las habitaciones

Buena ubicación si se va camino a Ubatuba ya que si llegas de noche acorta la distancia.

Cons:

Hotel muy antiguo, le falta mantención y por favor cambien las almohadas, la ropa de cama limpia pero las almohadas están muy viejas y con mal olor.

Restaurante não funciona aos finais de semana, e na semana funciona mas os preços são absurdos.

Sai por algumas horas e deixei a placa para arrumarem o apartamento, voltei e nada havia sido feito.

Colazione da mal di pancia.. per 4 giorni ho trovato lo stessa fetta di torta che nessuno mangiava .. così cone lo yogurt e la frutta.....! condizionatori anni 60 poco funzionali, il bagno vecchio decadente senza i servizi minimi mancanza di asciugacapelli e kit. di cortesia . L'acqua della piscina esterna aveva lo stesso colore di un lago ! . UNA VERGOGNA Di Hotel!

Apto grande em boa localização

Apto grande, ótimo atendimento na recepção. Localização muito boa.

Cons:

Sauna em manutenção, cheiro de gás no apto que não foi resolvido. Porta do banheiro estava com problema e não tinha como fechar, somente com apoio. Como estava sozinha não foi grande problema. Café da manhã com poucas opções e todos dias iguais.
