According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
According to law number 15.449, the property will keep a copy of the minor's ID.
Rooms with rates for 2 people include:

Já avaliei o hotel anteriormente e apenas reitero meu desconforto com o banheiro. O chuveiro fica dentro da banheira dificultando, e muito, seu uso por pessoas idosas ou com problemas de locomoção. Esta disposição deveria constar claramente na oferta da hospedagem, evitando assim problemas qdo o hospede chega ao estabelecimento. Qto aos demais itens, ratifico a avaliação anterior.
Chuveiro. Não temperatura ou qde de água - são ótimas. Chuveiro dentro da banheira dificulta acesso. Na segunda hospedagem, tanto a luz sala, sobre a mesa de jantar, qto a luz principal do quarto, estavam queimadas. O estabelecimento se prontificou a trocá-las imediatamente porém declinei já que a estadia seria breve mas tais problemas deveriam ser observados antes da entrada do hóspede.
