Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

The property will keep a copy of the minor's ID and authorization (certified signature by juvenile court) as Estadual Law of São Paulo number 15.449.

Dinheiro jogado fora. Hotel velho, sujo e a localização é péssima.

A unica coisa que vale a pena é o tamanho do apto. É um quarto e sala num tamanho bom pra uma família. O fato de ter um sala com sofá, cozinha, ajuda muito. Ainda mais quando tem criancas.

Banheiro imundo!!! Tive que pedir lra limpar. E ainda ficou sujo. Eu mesma tive que pedir a vassoura e agua sanitária pra faxinar e ainda assim nao saiu tudo pq era uma sujeira encrustada, antiga. Nunca fiquei num banheiro de hotel tão nojento. E TODOS os quartos sao assim pq o piso é escuro e o rejunte tambem. Aí ja viu ne? Ali só resolve fazendo reforma.

Ar condicionado sujo demais. Meu filho (alergico) ficou doente e levou semanas pra melhorar. Se vc for, peça pra abrirem o ar condicionado e veja e limparem a sujeira na sua frente. Eu nao fiz isso de me lasquei!

Na recepção a gente passa calor. Nao tem ar, nenhuma ventilação. Horrível!

O hotel parou no tempo. Talvez tenha sido bom uns 15 anos atrás. Nao vale, nem de longe o preço que cobram.
A localização é péssima, no centro de São José. Mas mesmo centro centro, lá nao tem na pra fazer. Uma rua e o centro ja acabou rs.

Funcionários são educados, prestativos. Mas a estrutura geral é tão ruim, que eles nem podem dazer muita coisa.

Foi tudo perfeito. O flat estava muito limpo, a cama confortável e as roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. O banheiro é espaçoso e o chuveiro é maravilhoso. As toalhas de banho são grossas e bem fofinhas.
O quarto também tinha frigobar abastecido, micro-ondas, sofá confortável e a TV funciona perfeitamente. O wi-fi é muito bom.
O café da manhã também foi ótimo, com bastante variedade de pães, sucos, iogurtes e frutas.

Cons:

Tinha uma porta que dava para o flat ao lado, fiquei incomodada com isso, da sala dava pra ouvir eles conversando.

Localização excelente, porém o colchão mole, o ar condicionado n funcionou, foi preciso mudarmos de apto. O café da manhã razoável.
Pedi cama extra e recebi um colchão.
Contudo a localização próx ao aeroporto superou as dificuldades pq fizemos apenas um pernoite.
