According to the Brazilian Federal law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Hotel sem luxo mas muito limpo e excelente atendimento.

Limpeza excelente, travesseiros limpos , banheiro muito limpo. Cama confortável.

Cons:

Toalhas de banho precisam ser renovadas, estão encardidas e ásperas.
Sem água no frigobar, desligado. Um pouco barulhento. Faltou touca de banho.
Achei que o estacionamento não deveria ser cobrado.
