According to the Brazilian Federal law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

According to law number 15.449, the property will keep a copy of the minor's ID. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nós tivemos uma hospedagem perfeita, do início ao fim!
Fomos bem recebidos, todos os funcionários nos trataram extremamente bem, fizemos todas as refeições no hotel. Tudo foi ótimo! Não foi nossa primeira vez e com certeza não será a última! Sem dúvidas a melhor parte é o café da manhã!

O Conforto, a limpeza e toda a infraestrutura

Hoje o cafe nao estava como sempre foi, faltava coisas, mas vale ressaltar que tinha água no e pedimos para um mulher que estava la ( Nao era a Adriana uma outra baixa sem nome) fez cara feia e reclamou que teve que secar. Somos clientes e temos o direto de pedir.

O jantar estava excelente.
O quarta estava muito limpo com cheirinho de limpeza.
Com certeza voltaria.

Cons:

No quarto o ar condicionado estava na lateral da cama e isso deixou eu e meu esposo bem desconfortável com o ar-condicionado bem em cima.
Outro ponto foi o café da manhã, tinha muitas variedades de comidas porém não estava tão bom, a qualidade deixou a desejar.
