Blue Bay is a top class hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, so much so we have book again. The staff are so tentative, entertainment team make you feel good and happy and the food especially buffet is so tasty
The hotel and staff were amazing, the food was second to none, in terms of quantity quality and variety it was unbelievably good , the only negative thing I experienced was the lack of anywhere quite, the music was on at the pool in the lobby and in the restaurant all day and up until late night, in between sound tracks you could hear the music coming from the surrounding hotels. overall it was a great stay , most of the holidays we go on are normally quiet forest camp sites , so I don’t think I will be visiting Turkey again, it seems to be geared towards the shopping and clubbing type of person.
Fantastic, everything you need is here, highly recommended. One or two of the staff are a little miserable but that could be due to the very long hours and tiredness it can't be easy.
Blue Bay Platinum is a very clean hotel, staff are friendly and food excellent. Drink is terrible though, we ended up at the supermarket buying wine and beer. All drinks in the a la carte are great but you have to pay for them, all inclusive drinks just really bad. Lack of information from reception on what time meals are, what areas are available to guests, no info whatsoever on any entertainment or anthing really about the hotel. We found the patisserie after two days, couple of days later found out that the beach have loungers that are free to use for Blue Bay guests. Top swimming pool best for the sun all day, bottom pool warmer but more noisy due to it being next to the speaker. There is a more adult friendly area with small swimming pool out the back, not sure on the sun hitting it though. Cleaners are great, anything you need just ask, free water each day for your room, fridge actually worked and air con good.
The trip was very pleasant and enjoyable
Would not recommend this property when there are many similar to it. My items were stolen from my room and after informing the front desk, nothing was done to help. I would not recommend anybody to stay at a place where their personal belongings are not kept safe in their own room.
Staff was very friendly and smiley especially mr antonio who was a chef at the spa.Foods are adequate and there was a lot of option but deserts are limited for our opinion.Location was good enough and they let us use the facility after checking out.
The whole hotel from arriving to leaving. Food was lovely
Place is amazing staff are amaing cant do enough for you, have booked up 2 go again next year
The sun bed wars was a downer however i will say they had plenty of spare beds stacked just had to find somewhere to put. We were only there 3 nights room was lovely with sea view and very large. Food was very nice but 3 days we were there lunch was all the same everyday. Staff were great and the Turkish bath was beat one ive ever had also massage was great too
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean. Majority of communal areas were clean although toilets near the pool needed more regular maintenance. Busy hotel, quiet relax pool a peaceful haven.
I loved the food- really tasty and loads of it. The different spaces meant although there were loads of people there were lots of quiet places
Really lovely 10 day holiday spent at the Blue Bay Platinum. The rooms need some updating now and the constant daytime entertainment is boring, repetitive and not aligned to the type of guests staying at the hotel (not 18-30). This aside the hotel is immaculately clean, the staff helpful and the swimming pools are more than adequate. The rooms are spacious and the food is lovely - definitely something for everyone!
The staff absolutely made the place - they could not do enough for me during my stay. The hotel is well located with great facilities.
I would recommend it to any one.
The badness hotel ever i book it ,,,too bod and i never come again
Good location. Little bit overrated. Not 5-star more like 4.
RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF !!
All inclusive hotel for locals
Staff nice - food good.
But rooms are motel-ish.
Not a lot to fault about the hotel, one of the best I've stayed in. The beach is about 150 metres away if you want to swim in the sea or there are 2 outdoor and one indoor pools. The food is pretty good with plenty of choice and the staff were all great. Theres some on site entertainment in season, a very reasonably priced (£9 for 3 courses upwards) A la Carte restaurant at the front of the hotel if you fancy a change from the buffet. Theres also a lot of good reasonably priced eateries nearby. I would have liked some form of games room to pass half an hour occassionally or some form of television i could watch other than bbc world news, this is a majority British holiday destination after all. My biggest gripe would probably be with the alcholic drinks available which is really poor. There's Efes beer, local wine, Vodka, Gin or Raki and thats it, if like us you drink about 2 beers per holiday, find the local wine somewhat unpalletable, then you may be limited to Vodka or Gin. Overall id say 4* is a fair rating and from what we heard coming back it was far better than several others nearby and I'd go there if going back to Marmaris having purchased a bottle or two at duty free first.
Decent hotel with decent services, happy customer
really friendly staff clean hotel great 5 *
