Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness—rooms described as 'very clean', 'impeccable' and the hotel 'smells like heaven'—with one isolated note that a bathtub wasn’t the cleanest.
Service
9.5
Service is frequently highlighted as attentive, friendly and professional across staff (valet, reception, lifeguards, pool services); one mention of slower pool-side service slightly tempers an otherwise outstanding service sentiment.
Location
9
Location is convenient (close to the airport, ~20 min from downtown) but several reviews note surrounding construction and that the Jaddaf area has little of interest, lowering the location score slightly.
Room Quality
9.4
Rooms are described as spacious, well designed, grand/opulent and some guests received upgrades; generally excellent room quality with the occasional minor issue (e.g., bathtub cleanliness).
Amenities
9.5
Amenities receive strong praise—divine pool, adult pool, impressive facilities and lounges—though one guest found the ORO lounge offering limited value.
Value for Money
9
Guests generally perceive high value given the luxury, service and facilities; a few comments (limited lounge value/dining options) moderate this perception slightly.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Food and beverage sentiment is positive—breakfast described as vast and great; restaurants (Persian, Italian) called tasty—balanced by notes about limited overall dining options on site/area.
Overall Experience
9.4
Overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive—many guests call it an amazing or the best stay, praise the luxury and say they'd return—minor negatives (construction, isolated service/cleanliness notes) do not significantly detract.

Loved it!
Pros:

I am so glad I stayed there. Such a lovely hotel. Grand and opulent. I got upgraded which was very nice of them. Had dinner at the Persian and at the Italian. Food at both restaurants was tasty. I had access to the ORO lounge because I was in a suite but that wasn’t worth much. You get 2 free drinks and nibbles before dinner. Breakfast had a vast variety of food. Would love to go back again.
