Pros:

若いスタッフさんが常に笑顔で、御社が良い環境で働きやすいのだと感じられました。

Cons:

お部屋の照明と壁が誇りだらけでした。

Direct to slope is precious and they mean it.
Pros:

We forgot something and they chased it and safely returned to us

スキー場と近いところが良かったです。

Cons:

tattoo があるからプールと大浴場使えないのはとても残念でした。
海外のお客さんも大変増えてきてるので、tattoo禁止は見直すべきだと思います。

Great snowboarding, awesome for kids, wonderful bathhouse and spacious rooms. Great staff as well.
Pros:

The snow and activities for the kids was awesome. It snowed a lot while we were there so we had great snow for snowboarding. The public bathhouse was amazing for us and super clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

The pool area had a lot of mold around the tiles and the hot tub was luke warm water. Also the food options weren’t that great and average at best.

Unlikely to visit another time
Pros:

The hotel has everything needed inside, which, given the location, is essential. The rooms are clean and spacious, comfy beds. The staff was very friendly, but struggled with English, which is not dramatic with having Google Translate.

Cons:

The location. If the weather is not good for skiing, which was our case, there is literally nothing in the area to do, neither within walking nor walking distance.

Great family fun, but be prepared to spend a lot.
Pros:

Super beautiful, lots to do. The food was delicious!

Cons:

The activities got really expensive. You have to pay for everything including the pool.

キッズが楽しめる総合施設であること
夕食のバイキングが種類豊富で良かった

Cons:

お風呂の露天風呂側のデッキで椅子が２つしかなかったり、脱衣所が少し手狭感があった
ホテル内のコンビニにヨーグルトなどのデザート的なものも置いて欲しかった

お部屋の広さ
利用は出来なかったが、アクティビティの豊富さ
ロケーションが良かった

Cons:

フロントや大浴場から部屋が遠すぎた

洗面所や風呂トイレは錆びついていて、古い印象

Только для лыжников!!!
Pros:

Отель расположен в очень живописном месте. Для лыжного спорта это одно из лучших мест.

Cons:

Отель очень старый и ветхий.
Неудобные жесткие матрасы и подушки. Даже полотенца старые(((
Мы не катаемся на лыжах и хотели отдохнуть в зимней сказке. Две бессонные ночи испортили отдых.
Вывод: если вы лыжник и вам нужен только хороший склон и подъемник - этот отель вам подойдет. Если хотите комфорт и хорошую еду сюда ехать не советую.

Best place for family trips to Madarao
Pros:

Right on the snow, friendly and helpful staff, good value on the room only rate at start of season. Onsen and pool are great after skiing. Second stay here, quality is solid.

Cons:

Dinner buffet only option - okay, but ¥6,000 is a little pricey for the content. Most items not kept hot enough (I say this about all buffets). Later in season other options do open (soba recommended).
