Pros:

The apartment is clean and spacious. Kitchen and two bathrooms are perfect for family. McDonald is nearby.

Cons:

The sharp edges of the sofa bed easily caused scratches. Better to put edge protectors. The soundproofing between the rooms is poor. We heard all the conversations of next room.

I love this hotel/ apartment. So far this is our favorite place to stay in SG. No complicated check in & out. Hi
Pros:

The location, the complimentary coffee, complimentary snacks, water filter inside the room, the fast & hassle free check in & check out, the lobby inside & outside, the staff is filipino so its easy to communicate. The self service rule, mostly everything in this apartment. The bbq on the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the umbrella that we can borrow,

Cons:

The pool is too short & too narrow, good only for children,
The lights inside the room are all dim lights, no bright light,

Great choice
Pros:

Great location close to both a decent shopping centre, and the Havelock MRT station. Also near the river, allowing a walk (or run) to Clarke Quay and then the merlion / Marina Bay (that is about 4km). Free tea and coffee at reception, and a voucher to a free activity on Sentosa.
Although compact it was big enough for the four of us (with two teenage boys) for a week.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was some construction noise. Of course this is beyond the control of the management, and is not an issue at night, but would need to be borne in mind if you have very young children.
Other than that, not much.

Great location and a comfortable stay overall, perfect for our large family.
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very good experience. The location is truly excellent — being within walking distance of a large mall with a great food court, a park, and a metro station made getting around incredibly convenient. For anyone traveling with a big family, that alone is a huge advantage, and I recommend staying there.

Cons:

Check‑in was the only moment that felt a bit off. The staff member who assisted us didn’t seem particularly welcoming at the time — maybe she was tired or having a long day — but it didn’t define the stay. Once we settled in, the hotel proved to be exactly what we needed for our trip: comfortable, accessible, and practical.
