Happy and great with a family

Unacceptable and not worth the cost. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

The location was convenient and reasonably accessible.

Cons:

The water heater in our room was not functioning properly during our two-night stay. Although there was hot water at first, it would quickly turn cold after we had been showering for a short time.

We reported the issue on the first day. At that time, there was no front desk staff available except for a security guard, who said he would arrange for a technician. We were offered a different room that day; however, we were told that we had to check out of that room before 11:00 a.m. before moving. This meant we had to pack our belongings and go up and down between floors, which was very inconvenient.

A technician came the following day and told us that everything was working properly. Despite this, when we showered again, the same problem occurred, the hot water ran out quickly and turned cold. On the second day, we were not offered another room or any alternative solution. Instead, the security guard suggested that we use the showers at the gym, which we found unacceptable given the amount we paid for our stay.

This situation was especially concerning because my father, who is over 70 years old, became ill after being exposed to the cold water.

At checkout, we reported the issue again and requested compensation. Initially, the receptionist denied that there was a problem and claimed that we had not turned on the water heater switch, even though we clearly explained that we had never turned it off. In the end, instead of offering a partial refund or proper compensation, we were given only a courtesy ride.

Considering the high price we paid, this experience was unacceptable and not worth the cost. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

A simple stay in residential area near MRT Station
Pros:

A simple straight forward accommodation, it is clean but furnitures (sofa, tables/desks, chairs) are out dated could use new replacements. The toilet is new, though a slightly small but very clean and functional. The sofa at the lobby should definitely be thrown away, dirty and misshaped (lowering the overall image, not a pretty sight).

MRT station is close by and so it is quite an added value for mobility and there is a nearby hawkers (not bad to get some takeaways and or eat there).

Cons:

Furnitures in the rooms especially sofas, tables, chairs as mentioned definitely should be replaced to leverage overall comfort and warmth of stays.

Convenient location, Good service, furnish apartment
Pros:

Great Location. It is very closed to the Havelock station. Also several markets are in walking distance. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen with kitchenware included. Good service.

Cons:

Sewage smell in the bathroom. Not enough lighting on the dressing table for putting on makeup. The shower rooms are small.

Facilities were ok but rooms on the small side. Especially for long stays as ours 9 nights.
Swimming pool was dated. Moving slabs and old towels. No shower.
