Nice and clean serviced apartments in a residential area.
Pros:

Hawkers and shops nearby, Havelock MRT is very close. The pool is nice. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes, the bathrooms(!) are n

2 minor points of criticism:

1. The apartments are a bit dark, not much natural light despite big windows - could have been on the wrong side of the building, or too low (we were on the third floor). It's fine, not too bad.

2. The (small) gym has one multifunctional device for a large number of various exercises. That's good, unfortunately it was so worn down that I doubt it's safe to use with heavy weight. Go with light weights and it's alright.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Excellent location and extremely helpful and kind staff. 24 hour check-in for our very early morning arrival. Being essentially right next to Havelock station provided convenient access to everything via the subway system. Conveniently located near shopping centre. Comfortable and convenient hotel for travellers doing a balance of activities and hotel lounging.

Cons:

Whilst electronic and thick, the curtains were not blackout so had some early wake-ups from the morning light. However, nothing a sleep mask can't fix and not a major concern - the room would be dark enough for people who are not sensitive to light. Hot water in showers would start to cool down (not completely cold, just not hot and left only slightly warmed) after a few minutes in our 3-bedroom, even when only 1 person showering.

The location is great, clean rooms

Cons:

Staff wasn't as friendly. There were instances where they were a little condescending when we asked for water bottles. Side note, the edges of the metal bed frame in the living room were very sharp, and hurt us a few times. The beds in the room were fine.

Location was very good, 5 minute walk to MRT and Robertson Quay restaurants and this is why it gets a 5 and not a 4

Not a great experience, rooms felt dirty and staff weren’t very friendly.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Expensive and outdated laundry equipment. Broken lift on the top floor pool access. Restaurant was no longer open.

it is betrer if the ladies who are at the reception can be more polite like the gentlement is there. The gentlement who gave us a wonderfull hospitility and friendly cooperation.
I recommend this property for anyone who is interestung and intending to stay there.

很棒性價比很高，適合一家四口，不擁擠。
Pros:

離MRT TE16 Havelock超近，3號出口走一下子就到
往超市的方向有小吃攤，這裡的Fairpace超市沒有賣有名的伴手禮，但是他們自有品牌魚皮好吃且便宜些。
往大世界的方向也有小吃攤，大世界裡面有鼎泰豐，添好運，還有台灣吃不到的亞坤吐司。整棟樓都好逛。
大廳有免費餅乾跟咖啡，還有甜甜的拉茶可以喝，我自己去超市買鮮奶喝，超讚。
有自己的小廚房可以煮東西，我們煮了泡麵
頂樓有游泳池，開到十點，小孩玩得很開心，有提供浴巾，但是用完要歸還。
水槽有喝水用的水龍頭，很方便。

Cons:

沒有每天打掃，我住三天只有第二天早上有打掃。
隔壁寶寶哭有聽到，但是不影響。
沙發床比較沒那麼舒適。

Pros:

Everything was great. There were few hawker centres near by and also a 7-Eleven. The MRT and Bus stations were also within walking distance. The staff was supportive and the neighbourhood was calm and safe.

Cons:

There was a Security Deposit which was not mentioned in Booking.com profile. Also, it is not deposited back when we checked-out and they said it will take 3-7 working days for it.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

The pool was lovely, rooms were clean and there is a coffee machine with biscuits in the reception which we loved. Tight squeeze for 4 adults, but sofa bed was comfortable, and had enough space for luggage. 5 mins walk from MRT, and lots of food places nearby.

Cons:

Strong smell of Durian in one of the bathrooms. Would have been great if housekeeping had cleaned everyday, but they came once in our 5 night stay and they changed towels. However, it was overall very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Super Location für ein paar Tage Singapur. Gute Appartements, Pool auf dem Dach, super Anbindung, nur zwei MRT Stationen bis Orchard Road. Foodcourt direkt um die Ecke, Great World City Mall 5 min entfernt, liegt direkt am Singapore River
