first of all location of residence is very good. And room condition and cleaness is also outstanding

Pros:

Location closed to bus stop, train station and places to eat, supermarkets, spacious room with washer/dryer included in the room. A/C worked really well.

Cons:

Wish the jacuzzi worked and more housekeeping services. Currently there are only 2 on Thursday and Saturday.

הדירה הייתה מקימה, נקייה ומאובזרת. הצוות מקסים. המיקום מצוין לטיולים בעיר וקרוב מאוד לרכבת התחתית. בריכה על הגג וחדר כושר קטן. סופר ענק במרחק הליכה של 10 דקות. מקומות לעיסוי בזול (כ-30-40 דולר סינגפורי לשעה) במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה. 2 קניונים מקומיים במרחק של 10 דקות הליכה. אוכל מקומי זול וטעים במרחק קצר.

Cons:

בדירה לא היה שולחן אוכל וכסאות. בנוסף, הספה הייתה לא נוחה באופן קיצוני לישיבה ממושכת עד שאיש התחזוקה המקסים מצא פתרון לחזק אותה. עבור יציאה מאוחרת של מספר שעות רצו לגבות עלות של חצי יום שהייה.

Pros:

Fantastiskt ställe med en riktigt lyx känsla.
Små bonusar som kaffe och lite kex och kakor vid entrén. Trevligt att bada på toppen. Lätt att tvätta. Det finns goda möjligheter att göra kaffe och te.
Det stämmer att de håller på med bygge rätt intil, men de börjar inte tidigt och luftkonditionering gör att det inte hörs så mycket oavsett.
Det finns en supermarket bara 700 m därifrån och ett område med matställen som är öppet sent på natten precis utanför.

Cons:

Det saknar plats att ställa saker i badrummet och det hade varit bra med vanliga dricksglas och inte bara muggar.
Men det är små saker, vi kände oss lycklig lottade ändå. :-)

2-bedroom apartment perfect for family of 4 if you require a bit more room
Pros:

Very central location. Robertson Quay is only 14min walk or 5 mins drive. Sentosa Island was only 15-20mins drive, Marina Bay Sands / central Singapore precinct was only 10-15min drive. Shopping center with plenty of restaurants only 10mins walk.

The roof top pool area is great

Nice apartment, nice location, friendly staff
Pros:

The location is pretty nice, it's just a 5 minute walk to the nearest MRT. Grab cars are easily available quickly as well. There's a grocery store about a 10-minute walk away. There's also a mall that's one metro stop away called Great World, which is pretty nice.

The room is small, but comfortable for a family of 2 adults and 1 child. Our room also had a washer-dryer, which was great. There's a small kitchenette, which was pretty handy.

Cons:

The sofa bed that our son used was a little rickety. Not sure it would have worked for an older child, or adult.

Unfortunately on one of the evenings the AC stopped working. We didn't notice it at first since the AC looked to be on, but then notified the staff the morning. It took them until midday to get it fixed. In the Singapore heat & humidity, even a few hours without air conditioning was not fun.

Stay is good, place is good enough for the price you pay.
Pros:

The location is really good, close to MRT and nearby malls.
Parking is easy, and room is decent size.
Checking in and out is a breeze without any problems.
They give you free snacks and drinks at the lobby during normal hours.

Cons:

Room is a bit small for serviced apartment, and there is no dining table and laundry inside the apartment.
The laundry room price is a bit expensive.
Room cleaning is only twice a week, and it is not clean to the fullest.
