They provide nice and clean room with AC and water heater, cable tv available, they also have enough car park in the front and back of the hotel
Takes only 5-10 minute walk to the mall

The hotel have a great location, but it just the room have no soundsproof, and it's kinda annoying when you try to sleep in the middle of the night but you hear all those stupid biker racing in front of your room.
Same breakfast option everyday. I stayed here for 11 days ( company booked the hotel for me, otherwise I will chose other place)
No amenities, small room, lumpy pillow, dirty towel.
I heard this is a new hotel, but I guess bad management didn't put effort for this hotel at all.

Give 3 stars because of the location, and at least their aircon is in good condition.

I stayed here a few weeks ago, in August 2018, for severals time stay with no problem at all, but my last visited got a very bad receptionist. I always asked for one big bed (double bed) not two small bed (twin bed) and they granted it..
The last visit they gave me two small bed (twin bed) although they know we are small family and the receptionist arrogantly refuse to not gave us double bed, with no manner and smile the receptionist ignore us afterwards.

We stayed 4 nights here, good quality comfy bed, cool AC, good shower, and wifi. The location was what I love the most. Centrally located, walking distance to the nearest food street and malls, and just beside the famous Manado Nasi Kuning Saroja. Overall, good stay.

My first trip to Manado and decided to stay in Top Hotel. Its located is in Manado city and near the Manado Town Square. Next to it, you also can find Rumah Makan Saroja which serve delicious nasi kuning. It is easy to go to Malalayang Beach, Soekarno bridge, the harbour from this hotel. I can say that the is not too big, but it is clean and comfortable. The price also affordable. So, i do recommend this hotel for you,guys.

Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare.

Stayed 2 nights here during business trip in Manado, the location is good and there is convenient store beside the hotel. Traditional food like Nasi Kuning Manado and Wakeke Food Area where you can find Bubur Manado also in a range by walking. The room is not too large, but OK. Wifi and Hot water worked properly, but sometimes little bit noisy in the night because my room is in the side of main road. The staffs were also kind and helpful.

Went to stay at this hotel, wasn’t planning on staying through the nite but just need a place to nap for some hours because I was feeling very tired from work and home was an hour and half away. This is a small budget hotel but with modern design, the room, bathroom, and amenities are all basic and very decent. The pillow was not the best, but I can still bear it, slept for about 4 hours. The bathroom though was a bit smelly, used it just before leaving the room, so didn’t even bother to complain. And Wi-fi was slow, got disconnected very often.
