La struttura si presenta subito molto bene dall’esterno, molto curata e accogliente.
Sia l’ingresso che la zona bar sono belle e accoglienti.
Le camere sono altrettanto ben curate ed attrezzate, molto pulite e profumate. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la stanza matrimoniale con vista lago perché ha un bellissimo ed ampio terrazzo che risulta comodo per rilassarsi.
Ulteriore punto positivo della struttura è lo staff, perché sia in reception che al ristorante ed anche per il servizio navetta sono stati gentili, cordiali, e disponibili per ogni nostra necessità. Sono veramente persone molto ospitali e professionali.
Anche i servizi di colazione e cena sono stati ottimi.

Pros:

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Food was good,great breakfast. Super location right by the lake,good parking, nice gym. Comfortable beds ,good linen and towels .Rooms have spectacular views.

Cons:

Hard to fault. Dinner main course choice was the only thing I wasn't to keen on,but the rabbit turned out to be very tasty.

Velice milý personál. Krásná vůně na celém hotelu.

Cons:

Placení vody při večeři, za 3€ sklenice 0,75. Jsme zvyklí, že voda bývá na stole připravena a je zdarma. Ale to je jen taková maličkost. Jinak vše v pořádku.

Delizioso! Abbiamo apprezzato lo stile di tutta la struttura, la nostra splendida camera, la cucina curatissima, la posizione. Per la cena vengono utilizzate due diverse sale; abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità e l'eleganza di quella a noi assegnata. Ci ha colpito particolarmente anche l'attenzione verso gli ospiti in diversi gesti. Grazie di cuore!!!
