The hotel room was clean

I was told my booking was cancelled on arrival with no prior notice after arriving at the hotel. All I was told was to speak to Hotels.com, and there was nothing they could do as all rooms were fully booked.

I booked this hotel few months before my trip and when I arrived the booking was canceled and moved to a different hotel. Not sure if this it expedia or the hotel who canceled the reservation.

We stayed there for a week and they only cleaned the bathroom once and that was on the last day of our stay with the hotel. On our first day we found bedbug in the room too.

It was Good wasn't bad

Otel çok kirli pis kokular var maalesef banyo yeterince temiz değil. Özellikle odanın zeminindeki halı berbat vaziyette ayakkabıyla bile basmak istemezsin.

My stay was pleasant, however, carpet replacement is recommended.

It was good very close to the haram

it was a good stay, the staff was friendly and they quickly resolve the problem of Hot water by installing a new hot water tank. Overall stay was good. The location is very comfortable, just 5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabavi

We went from London me my wife and my 20 months baby. This is a terrible experience. We did not get any water for drinking. Then i bought few bottles of water for drink.They provide a broken kettle but no cups or spoon. Kettle wares are so short i have to put it in floor. Toilet sink is blocked. Bin doesn’t have any lid. After changing my son’s nappy you can imagine.

Went to Resturant floor to get a cup and spoon. One person told me to use lift from the back of the building. Such an insult. Never recommend.

Close to rawda

It was bad experience to stay in this hotel. The management was non cooperative and stubborn. I made reservations for two nights two months ago but the hotel system booked only for one night. I requested to extend for another night on site but management refused to do that. I can’t tell how was it difficult to find the room in another hotel and my family was so frustrated that we couldn’t perform umra comfortably. I will never stay in this hotel and will not recommend anyone.

The room was sold as a 3 bedroom but was in reality a 2 bed with an extra bed put into it. This meant there was a serious space issue and little room to even place luggage.

However, breakfast was really good and location is about 1 minute walk from the Al Anwar Movenpick.

This Hotel is a mess. It is dirty. Rooms are very small. Pee smell in room. Shower was leaking whole time. Sink was broken. Food was below average and very poor service. Reception people don not speak English. Very disappointing experience.
