Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kingsgate Hotel in Madinah, Saudi Arabia! Everything was excellent, especially the cleanliness and attention to detail. A special shout-out to our amazing housekeeping team, Mohammad Riad and Mohammad Farbez, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and welcoming. Their kindness, hard work, and dedication truly made our experience special. They deserve the highest appreciation and recognition. Highly recommended!

Son emplacement par rapport au Masjid Nabawi est génial a quelques minutes a pieds.

I had a wonderful experience with the hotel’s room service. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammad Riad and Mr. Mohammad Parwez for their outstanding service, professionalism, and warm hospitality.

Both of them were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive to every detail. They ensured that all our needs were taken care of promptly and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Their dedication, humble nature, and willingness to help truly made a difference in our experience.

Staff members like Mohammad Riad and Mohammad Parwez are a real asset to the hotel. Their excellent service reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Shakil and Jonaid’s hospitality.
Pros:

Staff is very helpful specially Mr. Shakil and Mr.Jonaid. Thanks to their spirit and hospitality, they made our stay unforgettable.

Excellent, peaceful, and pleasant
Pros:

It was a positive experience in a well-maintained property. The rooms were clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly—particularly those at reception during the day or night, always ready to answer questions. Another cleaning staff member, whose name I cannot recall but might have been something like “Rohiz”, was excellent; I apologise to the person I am blanking on, but he kept the rooms tidy and clean on my floor, the 10th.

The location is a two- or three-minute walk from the mosque, which is ideal, and for the price I paid, it offered exceptional value.

Cons:

The sole thing to hoghlight was a single plug in a room with two beds, which was not ideal – it caused no real obstacle but slowed things slightly.
