20.12 – 27.12 tarihleri arasında Maxx Royal Belek’te konakladık ve her zamanki gibi son derece memnun ayrıldık. Bu, Maxx Royal Grubu’ndaki beşinci konaklamamızdı ve her seferinde neden bu grubun bizim için 1 numara olduğunu bir kez daha görüyoruz.

Özellikle Hasan Gürle Bey ve Ahmet Bey’e (asistanlarımıza) içten teşekkür ederiz. Son derece ilgili, nazik ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Her gün birebir iletişim kurarak bir isteğimiz olup olmadığını sordular ve tüm taleplerimizi eksiksiz yerine getirdiler.

Restoranlar 1A seviyesinde; lezzet, kalite ve çeşitlilik açısından hiçbir eksik yok. Servis ekibi çok güler yüzlü ve dikkatliydi.

Otel genel olarak çok yüksek bir standartta hizmet veriyor; misafir memnuniyeti ve servis anlayışı gerçekten üst seviyede.

Maxxiland Kids Club, çocuklarımız (7 ve 3 yaş) için yine mükemmeldi. Özellikle Maxxiland resepsiyonundaki Gonca Hanım, Büşra Hanım ve Efe Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kızımız Elif (Elif Bebek) tüm eğitmenler tarafından tanınıyor ve sevgiyle karşılanıyor; bu durum onu çok mutlu ediyor. İlk gelişimizde Elif henüz 1 yaşında bile değildi ve o günden beri aynı samimiyeti görmek bizi çok mutlu ediyor.

Oda upgrade’i için teşekkür ederiz.
Mayıs ayında Maxx Royal Kemer’de tekrar görüşmek üzere.
Belek’teki diğer oteller, bizim için Maxx Royal’in çok gerisinde. Her alanda tartışmasız 1 numara.

One of best hotels I have been and I have traveled a lot
Pros:

The atmosphere cleanliness gardens food drinks the room very friendly helpful staff nothing was too much for them specially Ahmet karademiz and ummuhan Guner they did well above their duties to make us comfortable I strongly recommend this hotel full heartedly,thanks very much to everyone to make this an unforgettable time for us.

Luxuröse Anlage aber nicht unbedingt was für Ruhesuchende und für Privatsphäre

Sehr schöne Anlage, super Service, hochwertige Verpflegung und Getränke im all-inclusive Angebot, viele Restaurant Möglichkeiten, Butler Betreuung via App.

Cons:

Sehr grosse Anlage, viele Leute, Buffet verteilt etwas unübersichtlich daher grosse Laufwege. Dessertbuffet fand ich nicht gut. Nebenhotelman späterem Nachmittag mit lauter Musik. Je nach Zimmer hört man laute Musik bis Mitternacht. Viele Geschäfte mit Markenartikeln und sehr überhöhten Preisen.
