Cons:

Chek in foi as 14h, muito tempo de espera para a liberação do quarto, e para liberar mais cedo era cobrado o valor adicional de meia diária, o que é absurdo sendo que existe portaria do ministério de turismo desde dezembro de 2025 prevendo que o hóspede tem, pelo menos, 21 horas de utilização efetiva da acomodação.

Decepcionante. Precisa de mais atenção aos detalhes e pequenos reparos.

Apenas parabenizar a funcionária Alda, do café da manhã. Atenciosa e prestativa, ofereceu um café da manhã maravilhoso e completo.

Cons:

O quarto está precisando de vários reparos. Paredes infiltradas e forte cheio de mofo. O banheiro vazava água do box durante o banho. Recebi uma toalha que não estava adequadamente limpa. E por fim, os travesseiros tinham um odor terrível, sendo inviável utiliza-los. Cheiro de travesseiro velho. Essas razões tornaram a estadia decepcionante, pois eu estava com boas expectativas para o hotel. Além disso, precisei de um café da manhã a partir das 6:00 horas, pois iria fazer prova de concurso, e a equipe não se mobilizou para encontrar uma solução razoável.

Infelizmente dessa vez não gostei ,quarto com móveis estragados ,ar condicionado com problemas molhou todo o quarto ,banheiro com paredes suja de limo ,cama muito desconfortável ,as trocas de toalha eram feitas pela metade !em fim dessa vez saímos muito insatisfeito ,da outra vez que tivemos no hotel pagamos mas barato e a comodidade foi bem melhor 😔
