Sou uma pessoa simples, mas exigente. Fiquei 1 semana, no geral é um ótimo custo beneficio.
Localização: locais próximos mais barato para comer e bem servido e uber em conta.
Acomodação boa, todos os dias os quartos foram organizados/limpos e abastecidos corretamente.
Café da manhã consistente. Frigobar do quarto gela super bem.

Cons:

Sugestão 1: ar condicionado mais potente, todas noites dormi no 17° e não gelou o quarto, mas foi OK, não é algo que passei calor.
Sugestão 2: melhoria na qualidade dos produtos como sabonete, shampoo e condicionador, assim o cliente usa menos.

Era ótimo agora é decadente.
Pros:

Sou cliente a anos e a única coisa que continua boa são os funcionários. Muito educados e gentis.

Cons:

O hotel mudou de nome porém continua precisando de manutenção urgente. Minha renite atacou em virtude da sujeira no filtro do ar condicionado.
Os funcionários que aliás são ótimos são a única coisa que não perdeu qualidade.
Reforma urgente.

Atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza e organização do quartos e das camareiras, o CAFÉ DA MANHÃ O MELHOR DE TODOS QUE JÁ FIQUEI NA BAHIA!

Cons:

Não tem piscina somente isso e a localização não tem como se locomover a pé só de Uber, porém isso não faz ser um hotel ruim, super recomendo e volto sim!
