Lovely hotel and some staff members are rude
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, at checkout the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, which unfortunately left a bad final impression and did not end our stay on a positive note and while we were a sleep house keeping entered our room

Cons:

The receptionist at check out was just rushing us out and a housekeeper entered our room while we where asleep

Eine gute Unterkunft für einen Kurzausflug in diese Region
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Lage ist gut. Man kann zu Fuss gut alles in Interlaken erreichen und wenn es sein muss ist der Bahnhof Interlaken West nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Morgenessen war fein und es hatte genug für alle.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir eine weitere Steckdose neben dem Bett gewünscht, um das Mobile dort aufzuladen und nicht irgendwo im Zimmer. Aber das ist wirklich "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" :)

Our favorite hotel stay during our Switzerland holiday!
Pros:

Amazing staff! We were wonderfully delighted by how warm and welcoming the staff were, from the receptionists to the breakfast attendants. We were spoiled by a hearty breakfast every morning that we looked forward to each night! We stayed in different hotels throughout our trip and Hotel Crystal was our absolute favorite.

Cons:

The pillows were a tad too flat for my liking, but that’s just personal preference!
