Friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms
Pros:

Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff and a dedicated room for bicycle storage. The breakfast is both varied and delicious.

Room is big and clean. Kettle was available in the room.

Great location for station.
Pros:

This hotel was booked as part of a guided tour and was chosen due to its proximity to the train station. It was very clean and tidy with comfy beds and a great shower/bath. The breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of choice and was buffet style. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. The staff were lovely and very helpful. It provided us with a great base and walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as the station. Very pleased.

Lovely hotel and some staff members are rude
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, at checkout the receptionist was rude and unprofessional, which unfortunately left a bad final impression and did not end our stay on a positive note and while we were a sleep house keeping entered our room

Cons:

The receptionist at check out was just rushing us out and a housekeeper entered our room while we where asleep

Agradable estancia
Pros:

La ubicación
Muy cercana a la estación de tren.
El personal muy amable. Nos dejaron dejar nuestro equipaje antes y después del check in
Sin duda la limpieza y comodidad. Muy agradable lugar.

Our favorite hotel stay during our Switzerland holiday!
Pros:

Amazing staff! We were wonderfully delighted by how warm and welcoming the staff were, from the receptionists to the breakfast attendants. We were spoiled by a hearty breakfast every morning that we looked forward to each night! We stayed in different hotels throughout our trip and Hotel Crystal was our absolute favorite.

Cons:

The pillows were a tad too flat for my liking, but that’s just personal preference!
