One of the best hotel in Antalya
Pros:

Their rooms was comfortable, super clean, nice rooms. They assign assistan , they take care for everything day/night, special thanks to Faig and Servenaz - they were asking everyday if need smtng. Activities was enjoyable, entertainment staff very friendly. Pastry and choclate store was perfect.

Cons:

Food quality could be better , especially sheep meat meals. there is extra service charge for Alacart restaurants , which should not be taken

И сразу сюрприз, поселили в 2-х этажную вилу в тихом уютном месте с выходом на бассейн!
Питание Отличное!
Ресторан 24/7 просто манит качеством блюд и доброжелательностью персонала!
Американский ресторан произвел неизгладимое впечатление!!! Молодцы!!!
Изобилие оригинальных и качественных напитков в барах не оставляет никаких шансов пройти мимо!!!
Пляжная зона располагает всеми возможными средствами для комфортного отдыха!
Аквапарк, особенно детская зона- Супер!!!
Территория в идеальной чистоте!
Персонал отеля создает невероятную приятную обстановку во всем отеле!!!
В отеле царит атмосфера реального отдыха!!!
Отмечу классную работу команды Персональных ассистентов!!!
С первых минут пребывания в отеле забываешь о долгой дороге!!

Don’t expect much if something like this happens to you.
Pros:

It is a great facility with generally very welcoming and friendly staff - we have been there several times before.

Cons:

Unfortunately I got food poisoning 3 days into my 5 night stay which meant I was unable to enjoy the food and drink on offer and it spoiled a family celebration. The response from the hotel was very disappointing - after dismissing my concerns about possible sources they tried to claim that I had “eaten too many different things from the buffet” (what?!?) and offered a box of chocolates as compensation (which obviously I couldn’t eat and were inconvenient to carry home). At this price-point I think it was totally unsatisfactory and left a poor impression. Having been to this resort several times before, I’m sad to say that I am unlikely to be returning again.

Pros:

The facilites were great, big pool, lots of options for lunch, the beach and the piers were amazing. The food was very good. Cocktails were mostly good. Kids options were great. Adults only area was nice. They have an insane patisserie! The bungalow room was lovely (but see below). Comfortable bed, great shower, lots of space. Some members of staff were really friendly. Adults breakfast restaurant has a lovely view. 24h restaurant is very nice!

Cons:

Check-in process could be improved - not clear whom to speak to, and requests and preferences not taken into account. Our room was not ready on time. The bungalows are more suitable for families than couples - they are next to the kids club and the balconies and rooms are very exposed from the paths. Most place close at midnight so the only option for drinks is 24h restaurant or the bar in reception which doesn’t have an outside. Food was repetitive (and we only stayed for 4 nights). Some cocktails were watered down. Wine that was offered was of varying quality.

Gutes Hotel, würde ich aber nicht erneut buchen.
Pros:

Rundum ist es ein schönes All-In Hotel mit einer riesigen Anlage. Vielen Möglichkeiten und tollen Mitarbeitern.

Cons:

Leider hat mir die Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel nicht gefallen. Von der Zimmerreinigung, über die Lobby bis hin zu den Pool/Strandliegen. Insbesondere die Türen und Spiegel im gesamten Hotel waren ziemlich verdreckt. Die Poolanlage und die Liegen hätten auch eine Grundreinigung nötig.

Çok güzel vakit geçirdik, bu yüzden otele puanım tam. Genel olarak her şey gayet güzeldi. Yoğunluk sebebiyle hizmette ufak tefek aksaklıklar olsa da bunlar bizim için önemli değildi, çünkü misafirleri memnun etmek adına ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Sadece hijyen konusunda beklentimizin biraz altında kaldı. Odaya ilk girdiğimizde havasız ve tozlu olması bizi şaşırttı; bu seviyedeki bir otele çok da yakıştıramadım. Daha fazla özen gösterilirse deneyim çok daha kusursuz olabilir. Aynı klasmandaki diğer otellerde hijyen açısından daha iyi bir deneyim yaşamıştık.

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und es bleibt uns als sehr schöne Erinnerung.

Cons:

Wegen der vielen Gäste kam es manchmal zu kleinen Verzögerungen im Service, aber das kann passieren. Trotzdem werden wir die Zeit dort schön in Erinnerung behalten.

Unser Aufenthalt im Voyage Belek war von Anfang bis Ende einfach perfekt! Schon beim Check-in wurden wir herzlich empfangen, und das gesamte Team war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, mit herrlichen Gärten, direktem Strandzugang und einer beeindruckenden Poollandschaft.

Das kulinarische Angebot ist herausragend – von den vielfältigen Buffets bis zu den À-la-carte-Restaurants ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und die Qualität der Speisen ist erstklassig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den aufmerksamen Service, der dafür sorgt, dass man sich jederzeit wie ein geschätzter Gast fühlt.

Unser Zimmer war modern, komfortabel und stets makellos sauber. Ob am Strand, am Pool oder im Spa – überall spürt man die Liebe zum Detail und den hohen Standard des Hauses. Die zahlreichen Freizeitangebote und das abwechslungsreiche Abendprogramm sorgen dafür, dass keine Langeweile aufkommt.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können das Voyage Belek uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
