Lo staff è super disponibile. La struttura è vicina al centro e offre la possibilità di prenotare tour, Tuk Tuk, transfer da e per aeroporto e molto altro.

Great location. Quite area but just a short walk from attractions, the river and night life. Very helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast. A nice pool area for relaxing. Large air conditioned room, comfortable bed and good shower. Overall super value.

Hôtel très sympathique. Grande chambre confortable, belle piscine, personnel agreable et serviable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et assez varié. Service de pressing pratique et pas cher.

Gran Decepción

El hotel está bien ubicado a 10 minutos andando del Old Market. Las habitaciones bastante amplias y con balcón

Me he llevado una gran decepción con este hotel.
Por las fotos parecía un establecimiento de buen nivel, al menos en cuanto a limpieza, pero en mi caso fue todo lo contrario.

Al llegar, me encontré con una cucaracha dentro del albornoz, lo cual ya fue una pésima primera impresión. Además, una de las almohadas claramente había sido usada: estaba arrugada, con mal olor y la funda sucia. Los albornoces tampoco estaban limpios, con manchas en la zona del cuello —posiblemente de maquillaje— y un olor muy desagradable.

En cuanto a las instalaciones, el grifo del lavabo está tan mal ubicado que resulta casi imposible lavarse las manos con comodidad. Por otro lado, que la ducha y el WC compartan el mismo espacio es poco práctico: tras ducharte, todo queda mojado, y usar el baño después implica pisar el suelo mojado, lo que no resulta nada cómodo.

El desayuno también fue muy decepcionante: muy poca variedad, poca cantidad

En resumen, la experiencia no ha estado a la altura de lo esperado, y no repetiría ni lo recomendaría.

Pros:

This hotel was very clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. The room was dated, but very big breakfast was delicious. Had options for Western European breakfast omelettes and scrambled eggs were made to order. We asked about renting bikes and was redirected the elsewhere when listed it said they had bike rentals. The restaurant was not open just for breakfast and there was no hotel transportation to and from the airport overall is a really great experience.
