Pros:

O hotel é antigo, instalações mais velhas e falta algumas manutenções. Fiquei num período critico que foi sexta-feira de carnaval. O Ar condicionado é antigo mas estava gelando bem, o quarto é espaçoso, o banheiro estava com o box quebrado, e como as louças e piso são escuros não dá pra ver se estar realmente limpo. Mas nos atendeu bem no que precisávamos, que era apenas passar uma noite.

Quarto escuro, mobília antiga, queda de energia, área da piscina , À noite falta iluminação adequada para chegada, rua não é muito iluminada, então uma iluminação à parte já daria melhor segurança ao redor, não tem um segurança na portaria ao chegar, apenas a porta de vidro fumê com companhia, se tiver alguém suspeito por perto o hóspede corre risco.

Foi ótima! Fui muito bem recepcionada e foram ótimos dias de descanso.
Pros:

As acomodações são ótimas. A localização é perfeita, pertinho do mar. Adorei tomar café da manhã olhando o mar ao longe.

Cons:

A pintura escura das paredes dos quartos dão a sensação de lugar apertado. Talvez uma cor mais clara faria o ambiente parecer mais amplo.

A experiencia não foi satisfatória.

A localização do hotel é boa, o café da manhã também é satisfatório, e o atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

O quarto em que ficamos não tinha uma boa condição de higiene, o banheiro não pareceria que havia sido higienizado, e essa questão de limpeza para mim é imprescindível. Também me incomodou bastante o barulho de construção, que iniciou logo no inicio da manhã, sendo impossível dormir até um pouco mais tarde.
