Good location
Shower barely drained as well as the sink, and there was a can of empty Pringle’s under the bed when entering the room. Did not like that it’s a $50/day incidental fee either

Paid for breakfast, was told it's until 1030am at checkin. Went down with my kids at 9:55am, empty breakfast area, staff couldn't be found for 10 minutes, then they said it's over at 10am and I'm going home. Trash.

My room I reserved was not available I wanted two beds and was given away upgraded to king suite and had to use sofa bed - not comfortable breakfast was included and was not very good cold and no flavor
Paying for parking
My most recent stay was great, specifically due to the exceptional service I received. My original room had a malfunctioning lock, which made me feel uncomfortable. I returned to reception and spoke with Alexis about my concerns. She was incredibly sweet and professional, apologizing for the inconvenience and moving me to a new room immediately. Her quick and pleasant handling of the situation was exactly what I needed after a long a day at the hospital with a loved one. I truly appreciate her help and the excellent hospitality.

Location good, staff friendly, but rooms are run down & smelled dirty. Towels & linens didn’t smell fresh. I am super picky about hotels, cleanliness & smell. This hotel is not it. I thought the Hilton brand had higher standards? And then for the for the price, absolutely not.
Had to pay for parking in a regular hotel parking lot crazy and don’t mention the construction that wouldn’t allow you to the hotel and the only road to the hotel was blocked by a cop who wouldn’t allow you down to the hotel which was at Vance Jackson- shower head did t work and tv wouldn’t operate properly.

we had no working tv in the room. When we asked the staff if they could get our tv going, they said there was "no maintnance" workers on the weekends. It was until we were checking out early that the receptionist suggested changing us to a new room with a working TV. We moved to another room and stayed the remainder of our trip. I will NOT be staying at this hotel anymore.

Tv issues. Lamp turn on switch difficult. Fee to turn on phone!!!!
Did not ask for accessible room and did not like bathroom. Kleenex and tolliet tissue rough...low grade. Light flickered in hallway.
