Pleasant reception area.

Cons:

Minimal breakfast. No hot items. The waffle maker was broken.
Advertised that the restaurant was open til 9. No food was served after 7

Highly Recommend!!
Pros:

I have stayed here several times over the past several years and never disappointed. I book a king with the jacuzzi and always the room is very clean and the jacuzzi is a real delight. Staff is friendly and competent. I've eaten at the Grouses Nest and the meals are really good. Shown here are two recent choices, a Grouses Nest Burger and wings with butter garlic.

Not a good stay
Pros:

The pillows were comfy

Cons:

The noise from the pool the pool was overcrowded there was a cockroach in the bathroom there was not great water pressure for the jacuzzi tubs plus the water was cold for the jacuzzi tub and the shower you have to be a midget to stand in the shower

Cons:

We have stayed here a few times and have never had an issue, but this stay we didn't have any hot water. We didn't have enough time to alert staff to fix the issue before we had to leave. We will still be back to give it another try if we are back in the area.
