The staff are very friendly and help you with absolutely anything you need. The room is as cozy and as a couple it was perfect for us for just a couple of nights. The best thing was that it felt very clean, the rooms smelt clean , the bed sheets, towels and bins were changed during our stay. For the price we thought it was fantastic, we have paid 3x the price to stay in places before that were not as clean or helpful as this place
The only downsides were that the WiFi was temperamental due to our room being one of the furthest away - but every time it stopped working the staff were on it and it was fixed in a short time . Another point was that we could hear the couple next door on the Friday night , but during the week we had no noise issues whatsoever .
It wasn't close to restaurants and the city center
The rooms were in the basement and you could smell her feces all over the place that was coming from the pipework

The manager that attended to me had a good customer service. The staffs were lovely.
The rooms had like a basement setup, and one can only use the WiFi/internet provided at the property as personal internet data wouldn’t work, due to the location. The internet provided at the hotel was not working and this had numerous negative consequences for me, especially when one is travelling and working at the same time.
This was the main problem I had during my stay, in addition to the room looking like a tiny box room.
Showers were freezing cold. When we reported it we were told there had been a few complaints but no solution offered.
When we got back very to our room late and when we pulled back the duvet to get into bed the sheet was dirty and there were long black hairs in it !!

The staff at the desk were lovely and cheerful. The cleaning staff were amazing and helpful
Close to City Centre
No single chair or table in the room to seat , place our laptop or eat. The bedsheet got stay from food, we expected room service to change it when they cleaned but they didn’t, we had to sleep on it the second night.
I was unhappy with the idea of having a bedroom in the basement. I was aware that there was no window, and I did not consider it to be a suitable location. Additionally, there was no chair or table in the room, meaning that if you wanted to eat or have a drink, you had to sit on the bed, which is unhygienic. The child’s bed was also too high, which could pose a safety risk.
The bathroom was very tidy and clean
Reception area was pretty good for that size business. And staff been helpful especially when they are so busy out. Something which I avoided
Hot shower was just warm which not even nowhere near 30c
Tea and coffee was provided.
1. The room was small
2. There was no fridge, telephone, windows and iron.
3. The bathroom/toilet floor was leaking from water in the shower and sink.
4. The cleaning agent used on the floors was too strong and had a choking effect.
5. The fact that the hotel was underground was not too great.
6. The hotel building was not easily identified or located.
7. The AC stopped working shortly after putting it on so couldn't use it for the whole night. Couldn't report this to the staff because there was no hotel telephone.
8. Which hotel uses a chargeable heater/fan in the age and time? We were shocked.
