La recepcionista fue encantadora a la hora del check in . Una chica brasileña que se mostró muy por la labor de solucionar toda duda y necesidad .

Cons:

La habitación era muy ruidosa . Sonidos de máquinas , coches , ruidos en las escaleras imposible descansar bien .

Excellent staff and location, clean rooms, just lacking hot water.
Pros:

The property is close to town and has all and Erie’s nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I have stayed here many times and will stay again, but we did not have any hot water for the shower on this stay, it was just lukewarm and the shower head was leaking at the connection.

It was ok, staff were very pleasant.
Pros:

Handy for city centre & not to far from Lime St station. Cheapest hotel I could find at time of booking.

Cons:

Got woken up a couple of times by a strange mechanical noise which is very unusual for me as I’m a heavy sleeper. The room had a odd odour to it.

Clean, good location, bale for money
Pros:

I’ve stayed there quite a few times. If you don’t mind no window the room is small and spotless. I’ve spoken with Lisa in the front desk a few times and she’s been very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing-but being able to buy a coffee in reception would be a bonus.,
