The height of the bed
Room was clean and comfortable. The room was really well thought out for the size of it. Has loads of storage for a pod room. Staff were great and helpfull.

Musty damp smell. Didn’t feel clean.
3x usual price because of demand during graduation week (£150 per night compared to £48 per night the following week).
Only Booked this to stay after a graduation celebration night out as getting a taxi home when England were playing in World Cup would have been difficult and expensive. Would have preferred to get the bus home.

Location was really good. Able to drop luggage off early and leave for later collection on departure day.

Good location. All other aspects average to poor.
Stayed in room 201. No previous reviews have mentioned this so it may be isolated to this room only. Can only be described as running water / drains emptying all night. The sound of constant washing water happened all night making it impossible to sleep, not entirely sure what or where the water noise was coming from but it was horrendous.
