Amazing value for money!
Pros:

Amazing value for money, massive bedroom and really comfortable bed. The staff were extremely attentive and were efficient in responding to any questions or needs. Perfect location to walk into the centre but not have any sort of noise issues in the evening. Would 100% book again without a doubt!

Un gran lugar cerca de paseo Montejo
Pros:

El staff siempre muy atento y dando recomendaciones de que hacer y que visitar. La habitación es muy confortable y limpia, tiene lo necesario para hacer de tu estancia un buen rato. Hay ventilador y aire acondicionado. El hotel tiene una alberca pequeña al final y el estacionamiento también es pequeño pero funcional.

He ido varias veces y los he recomendado conmmuchas personas. Siempre teniendo una excelente experiencia.

Generalmente la cafetería está abierta, pero en ésta ocasión estaba cerrada por la mañana, obligándonos a cambiar de planes de salida. Ojalá enviasen algún mensaje por whats en situaciones imprevistas. Sólo ese detalle menor

Room was clean, location was in a nice area and the staff were helpful for any questions we had.

There was mold in each of our rooms on the wall near the Air conditioning units, and the beds were very firm and uncomfortable after a long day of travelling from Cancun to Merida.

Could have been better if we would have gotten the correct room from the start
Pros:

The new room we got the next day was better for the price, right next to the pool. Was way cleaner, had a toilet lid and the bed was quite comfortable. Still we were not happy with how it was handled. For the price would recommend another place.

Cons:

Hotel Holly greeted us by giving us on the first night the wrong room apparently called a Suite. First it sounded good but the place looked really run down and didnt have the refrigerator we booked with our room. The toilette not even had a lid... We immediately told them but they didnt change us for the night. Just said they could bring a refrigerator the next day. Was totally unacceptable as we didnt like the stay in this old room.
