Hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The outdoor palapa areas are very nice to hang out in. The restaurant has an amazing morning crew, but then terrible staff in the afternoon. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

Pool area is in rough shape. Only two loungers. Pool water quality was ok though. Rooms are okay. Time for new mattresses and bed covers for sure.
