Cons:

There were too many children playing in the hallways, banging on walls. They were up very late. A number of other guests also came out of their rooms to ask the children to be quiet as they were trying to sleep.The security guard did not intervene at all.

Pros:

Overall the size of the room was nice. There were electrical outlets in the free parking lot, which was very handy for the winter.

Cons:

The bathroom sink was clogged. The switch for one of the bedside lights was broken. I was only there for one night so they wouldn't have had time to address those issues while I was there.

Facility and service need to be upgraded. Such as buffet breakfast has to be included in rate.

Cons:

Did not like the fact that the rooms have just one bottle of water. Bathroom supplies were lacing too

Location of hotel was good,staff were great, but being that there is no continental breakfast offered, or even a coupon towards a breakfast I would not stay at this hotel again

Nice rooms but sleep was disrupted with a lot of noise.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Mosaic stadium.

Cons:

Very noisy. Barely got any sleep. My family members in a different room on a different floor said the same thing. The hotel should invest in sound insulation. The hotel should also get a different person/organization to run the restaurant. The prices were expensive for mediocre food.

Cons:

Breakfast was very disappointing. I ordered eggs Benedict and it was inedible. The sauce was gooey and obviously from a package. The egg was over cooked. The muffin was soggy. The bacon was tasteless and the spinach was compost. Just awful.
