It was all around a perfect stay
There was only one minor thing
They only left us two micro packets of coffee creamer, sugar and coffee.
Kind of cheap for such a nice hotel
The pool is very old, discolored walls and small
We incorrectly thought we were getting a complimentary breakfast but the website was a little deceptive
The bed sheets were dirty
Breakfast was nice. Its "order from menu"
Roger's Tavern attached to the property is in need of a "Re-do" Its not going to attract the clientele the Hotel is looking for.
We were in Regina for a Rider football game and we were able to walk to the stadium from the hotel. The breakfast was good as it was ordered off a menu and not a buffet.
The air conditioner did not work and the room was quite hot. We called but nobody ever came to fix it. The hotel was noisy with kids running up and down the hallways
There was no trolley available to help with bags. The hallways looked like they were mid renovation. The train woke me three times with its horn. The curtains were NOT blackout.
It was convenient for why I was in town.

Nothing wrong with our room. Everything was good. No complains.
Main beef was with the restaurant. At 6 PM they are out of some food items? Not really acceptable. We walked out and had dinner somewhere else. Didn't bother with breakfast either. Parking surface full of pot holes. Very disappointing first impression for a Sheraton related hotel.
This hotel is in horrible condition. It is very dirty, hot tub closed, pool dirty.
Room had musty smell, windows and blind dirty. They are renovating, but did not advise us till we arrived.
We were very disappointed, and it left us with a very bad impression of Regina.
We found the hotel directly the day before and made a booking. We were not advised of the renovation or the hot tub being closed.
The staff clearly felt bad and they were doing a good job, but the state of the building is horrible.
Train was loud early morning
The reception desk is very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean.
The breakfast was miserly. Very small and little or no choices. The quality of the breakfast is very poor and substandard considering how much paid to book the hotel. Breakfast availability was the reason for booking the hotel but it was disappointingly poor.
2 Towels were hardly provided only one and a half towel.I had to call for more towels. The towels are worn out and needs replacement.
The hotel was close to Bushwakkers.
1) The hotel was a 4 dressed up as a 9. It was trying to be above a Days Inn, but really it wasn't.
2) The pool area looked to have more water on the floor than the pool itself-gross.
3) No garbage bags in the garbage bins- this seems strange to me- especially in the bathroom. The bins themselves were spotless and clean. However, I feel for the cleaning staff needing to clean the bins.
4) The train horns- yes the hotel has no control over this- but something to be aware of.
This was the worst experience ever they took my payment answer didn't even let me stay in the room I got i provided I'd as asked ans they still shut me down from getting a room their it's the worst place to do business I'd say ..
Everything they screwed up everything didn't even let me stay in my room but took my money . It's disgusting to be honest
