I booked a room for 4 but they charged me 108 dollars more because they said it was for 2 kids. The room was hot and the fan was dirty with mold on it. The partial ocean view was completely covered by an old palm tree that needed trimming. The WI-FI did not work in the room. The outside was beautiful though.

Really disappointed with our stay this time around we have stayed multiple times but this visit was not acceptable, pool super dirty , people eating in the pools , super noisy at night loud people kids running through hall ways plus we were charged for my 13 year old as an extra ( adult ) so that was unexpected so don’t think we will be coming back soon which is unfortunate because like I said we have stayed here with no issues in the past ( plus the lady in the reception was rude )

Loved the ocean view, enjoyed the jacuzzi & pool, restaurant buffet was good! Walked to the market "Calimax" and to Puerto Nuevo for dinner. Also had some delicious birria tacos just a block away!

Room was clean with an ocean view. Staff was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Most staff could speak English and those who didn’t actually understand my Spanish (amazing, as my Spanish is sporadic words). The AC worked fairly well in my room. There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom/sink areas, so just adapted. There was a party outside on the grounds on Saturday night, but noise was stopped after 12:30, so sleeping commenced from that point on. Overall it was nice, I would stay there again.

The room was not cleaned and no hot water. I kept calling the front desk 4 times to let them know and they kept saying the water will be running n a few minutes. Well, we waited for over 4 hrs n no hot water.

Clean room, clean bathrooms very family friendly specially because I have a toddler indoor pool was perfect with kid playgrounds and shows where entertaining. We will definitely come back

Pros:

My villa look towards the ocean. Clean, towels and blankets clean. Outdoor pool clean, indoor had strong smell of chlorine/ dirty mop. Other that OK. Playground decent good for the lil ones. Clown/horses show awsome. Recommend

Pros:

The room itself was nice but on our second day there. The water and power went out for more than the entire day! Which was frustrating because we’d have to walk to the lobby to use the restroom, we complained multiple times but all they said was that they would send someone to the room to fix it and never did so from 3pm-9:30pm we had no water or power.
