Pros:

問い合わせにも親切に対応頂いた。チェックインが22時過ぎる旨連絡したところ、部屋番号を教えて頂き、荷物を部屋に入れて貰えた。
近鉄奈良駅から徒歩数分で分かりやすい立地である。

Cons:

夜、寝る段になって、隣のビルの明かりがきつく、何故かカーテンがなく、障子戸になっていて真っ暗に出来なかった。
翌日、フロントでその旨伝えたところ、カーテン付きの部屋に快く替えて貰った。全部屋にカーテンを付けるべく検討するとのことで、寝る時に真っ暗を好む方は要注意である。

奈良に行くときはリピートしたいホテル
Pros:

娘が受験のため一人で宿泊しました。部屋を無料でグレードアップしていただき、ホテルも綺麗で清潔感があり快適に過ごせたとのことでした。近鉄奈良駅から近く、周辺に店が多くて立地が最高だと喜んでいました。大変お世話になり、感謝しています。
