Great value and great location!
Pros:

Onsen facilities were great; location of hotel was great;
Free midnight ramen noodles after 9:30 pm was great;
Free treats after spa in manga relaxation room was great;
Everything was well thought out!

Cons:

Small rooms and single elevator, but was never much of an issue.

十分楽しめました
Pros:

目的の場所にすごく近かったので便利でよかったです
やはりドーミーと言えば露天風呂なので風が気持ちよくて快適でした
周辺にはお店も多く駅も近いので移動や食事にも困りませんでした
スタッフさんも親切でチェックアウト後も荷物の預かりをしてくれて助かりました

Cons:

場所的に仕方ないと思いますがやはり敷地の狭さのせいでエレベーターが一基しかなくてなかなか来なかったのはストレスでした
また露天風呂も狭く二人はいるといっぱいかな
どれもこれも敷地の狭さのせいなので東京上野という場所を考えると仕方ないと思ってます
これは他のホテルでも変わりはないと思います

立地の利便性は最高です。

Cons:

エレベーターの待ち時間と、洗面所にコンセントがなかったので、ヘアアイロンを使うのに困った。お部屋にも鏡があればよかったかも

Pros:

場所が便利
お風呂が夜通し使える事

Cons:

ほぼ毎日掃除に何回か入ってもらったがシーツを一度も洗って貰えなかった。そして室内着に関しては毎日洗うわけではなく使い回しなのかとてもタバコ臭い物が用意された。多分洗ってないものを畳んで用意していると思われる。

Perfect hotel for exploring Tokyo!
Pros:

We stayed here to explore Tokyo for our honeymoon. The onsen is amazing to relax in after a long day, with the rules all clearly laid out. We had a more spacious room than I’ve had previously in Tokyo. Free coffee, soft drinks, ice cream during certain times! And the staff are very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect as well, close to the Ueno station and with many places to eat and a good night life!

Cons:

1 lift does sometimes mean you have to wait, but in all cases no more than 5minutes
