Great stay, I loved that you could wear swimmers in the spa. A lot of places have onsens and you are not allowed swimmer

Die Lage ist super. Gratis Welcome-Getränke.

Cons:

Das öffentliche Bad war sehr klein und eng. Wie auch das gesamte Hotel. Die Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner haben nur sehr mäßig funktioniert.

Brilliant, would stay here again!
Pros:

Location is fantastic. So close to different stations in Okachimachi and Ueno so plenty of options to go anywhere in Tokyo.

So close to Ueno park for cherry blossom and to have a nice walk away from the noise. Ameyoko market area on your doorstep.

Facilities: the spa bath/sauna was perfect after walking all day, really helped our weary legs. Absolutely loved the evening ramen!

Staff lovely, great help arranging luggage transfer to our next hotel.

時間の無駄が多い(エレベーターの前で待たされる)

やはり大浴場があるのは良い。

Cons:

外国人のマナーの悪さ。もう少し厳しくしないといけないと思う。実際ありました、買った大きなゴミを部屋の外、廊下に平気に置いていた。

エレベーターが一つしかないのはどうなのか…
待たされる時間が本当に長すぎる。あとチェックアウトの時間でもないのに業者がエレベーターを使用し、すごく待たされた。業者が入るのはせめてチェックアウト後ではないんでしょうか。

Würde ich direkt wieder buchen.
Pros:

Mein neues Lieblingshotel in Ueno/Okachimachi. Tolle Zimmergröße, hervorragender Service.

Cons:

Das Kissen war sehr hart, dies ist aber sicherlich Geschmackssache.
