入住第一天床單不太乾淨，連續住了四晚都沒有換一天

Was a pleasent stay with great restaurants nearby. Breakfast with great portion sizes and variety with juices, teas and coffees. Lots of fruits as well. Staff were very helpful. Bring own shampoo and loads of bug spray

I was in a brand new wing of this lovely hotel and it was amazing. Staff and reception were friendly and helpful. Also a bonus was the very good and plentiful breakfast included with my stay.

直ぐにスッタフさんが対応して復旧します。
そーいうのも含めて楽しく過ごせました。

Personnel très attentif ! On est arrivés par le car de nuit depuis rangoon j étais malade à crever ils m ont donné une chambre tout de suite au lieu d attendre midi !! J ai beaucoup apprécié.

The place was under major renovation when we were there in Nov 2018. No wifi (sadness!). Half od the property was like a construction site but at least it was way from us. The location is right beside a temple of some sort. On Sat am, rather early in the morning, we got woken up by religious chanting broadcasted over megaphones! It was almost unbearable if we didn't find it such a funny predicament. But after all, we wanted to experience the culture so I guess we got what we asked for. There is a scooter rental kiosk just outside the hotel so it's really convenient to get one and use it to go wherever. The hotel right across looked much better though. I was a bit envious haha. They even have a swimming pool ... but I bet it's a lot more expensive.

The room itself was really spacious and clean. Breakfast food was nice.

조용한 위치, 나름 크고 청결한 룸, 그러나 구조가 편하지는 않았고(저 멀리 떨어져있는 콘센트 등), 조식은 쏘쏘.. 숙소에서 연결해 준 택시 기사들도 별로였네요.

현재 리뉴얼중이여서 공사판이예요. 바간은 보통 새벽에 도착하는데 방이 준비될때까지 편히 앉아 기다릴 공간이 없어요. 임시로 사용하는 리셉션에 작은 의자 두개뿐. 스텝들은 비교적 친절하지만 작은 다른 게스트하우스보다도 조식이 부실한 편.

Super Staff, super Frühstück. Fand es aber sehr komisch, dass in einer so tropischen Gegend auf Mückennetze verzichtet wurde - weder waren solche Netze am Fenster noch über dem Bett. Die Chemikalien am Fenster haben leider nur bedingt geholfen, zumal die Fenster nicht ganz dicht waren.

직원들이 굉장히 친절하고, 호텔 시설도 굉장히 깔끔했음. 조식도 숙소 가격 대비 상당히 괜찮았음.
뉴바간 메인로드는 걸어서 5분거리로 가깝고, 메인로드하고 어느정도 떨어져 있기 때문에 방에서 주변 소음이 없어서 매우 조용하고 좋았음.
무엇보다 가격 생각했을때 방이 엄청 괜찮았음
참고로 이른 아침에 얼리체크인도 가능(다만, 레이트체크아웃은 추가요금이 필요함)

Lovely stay! The staff speaks very limited English but other than that, there is not much to improve. Breakfast was fantastic - fresh and new menu items daily. The rooms were more than adequate....WiFi connection is awful though!!

Nice hotel but far from the world.

위치가 낭우로 표시되어 예약했는데 뉴바간에 있어 놀람. 옆 건물이 공사중이라 비추. 이틀예약했으나 하루 묵고 낭우로 옮겼네요.

Friendly helpful staff, good location, A/C ok, comfortable bed but a lot of mosquitoes in the area/ room.

建物は出来たばかりで綺麗ですがトイレ、配電の設置場所がいまいちです。施工業者のレベルが低いのか手抜きですね。
従業員はとても親切です。
満足です。

The hotel itself was very nice, great location and the rooms were really quite great, plus most of the staff was very helpful, but....

There were red flags, some of which have already been mentioned on here, like, they turn the wifi off at 10-11pm. They overcharge you for e-bikes by like 3000 kyats, which isn't that significant.

But here was the biggest issue. The manager scammed me and my friend. We bought bus tickets through him to Kalaw for 150000 kyats, For that price you assumed it'd be one of those large air-conditioned buses. Nope. A rickety mini-van with no ac, and we were to learn later, no shock absorbers, showed up to transport us to Kalaw. We didn't have much choice but to board since we were on a tight schedule. There were also other foreigners on the bus who were scammed and unhappy about the arrangements who were from other hostels and hotels, so beware of booking through where you're staying. Also we were picking up packages from locals during the entire trip that was crammed into the back where I was sitting.

So while I would recommend staying here, as the rooms are quite lovely, and the staff is very nice (it's not their fault) and the food was good, beware of the issues while staying here, and do not book a bus through this hotel.
