名古屋飯が全てそろっていて、朝からお腹いっぱいになりました。ひつまぶしのうなぎも食べやすく美味しかった。北海道産のメロンも食べられた。貸し出し漫画の数も多くてよかった。

駐車場場の従業員さんの対応が分かりやすくて
元気なおじいさんでしたがとても親切にして頂いて
サービスがよかったです！

Cons:

フロントの従業員さんがよくなかった。ホテルの駐車場に入ろうとしたら前に他のお客様が居たので待っていたのですがその方が駐車場予約できておらず違うところに止めなくてはいけないといわれバックをしてくださいといわれました。バックを指定した場所は他の車が出入りしてたためそこにおくことができず、わざわざもう一周することになりました。車の誘導等こちらの事ではありませんので従業員が誘導してするべきではないかと思われます。疲れてホテルに行き駐車場に入ろうとした時なのでこちらとしてはとても不快な気分になりました。駐車場に入るときもスムーズにフロントのかたはできておらず疲れました。次とまるときはもう少しスムーズに対応していただけたらと思います。

辿り着けばホテルは快適。
Pros:

一般的な朝食バイキングに加えて名古屋飯も様々な種類があり、ひつまぶしやきしめんなどを食べれて美味しかったです。お風呂もお部屋も快適で、良い時間を過ごせました。

Cons:

施設はよかったです。が、微妙に名古屋駅からも最寄りの駅からも遠く、暑い日でもあったので…ちょっと荷物預けてから、だと少し時間のロスが気になります。まぁ、周りに美味しいものを出す店があったり、地下の飲み屋横丁を抜けて行く楽しみ方があると言えばそうなのですが。
