Overated. Poor cleaningless.
Everything was very good, the staff was helpful, the food was great, the location was nice. We had a lovely time.
We must have been there on a few slow days, most of our breakfasts were not buffet but a set tray. A very good set tray, mind you! But a buffet always feels nicer.
The "family" room is huge. It's a suite actually. Everything worked well. The decor is that of a first class hotel from the 80s.

Room and bathroom don't seem to have been updated in the last 40 years. Even though almost everything is kept in acceptable shape, this comes of course with a lower comfort and functionality. The hotel does not maintain the standard of when it was built.

room without window opening. higher grade rooms are closed. lower grade rooms are with balcony. very strange.

Great location in the city center, close to many food spots and shopping centers. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit old, but clean.
Some things could use a bit of repair or updating.
