We had a really nice and relaxing stay overall. The cottage is in a peaceful location.

Home away from home
Pros:

This place felt like a home away from home where we could relax. The house was large and clean and well stocked.

The kids loved the bath, the grown ups loved the laundry facilities and dryer. The fireplace came pre made up!!

Amazing!! Highly recommend as a place to stay between Strahan and Hobart.

Pros:

in good location to break up our trip from Hobart to Strahan. Visited The Wall and the Centre point of Tasmania in our short stay. The complimentary port was enjoyed as we sat out and watched the stars.

Nettes, gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage abseits der Straße. Wir haben uns sehr über den Portwein gefreut. Wir können Highland Cabins and Cottages nur weiterempfehlen und wären gerne länger dort geblieben.

A Place to Relax and Enjoy the Nature
Pros:

The cottage was spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace with real wood—it added a lovely, cozy touch. The kitchen was well-equipped, though it could benefit from better maintenance, particularly the oven and toaster. The pots and pans also didn’t appear as clean as they could be. We were very grateful to the receptionist for her kind, helpful, and attentive service. The beds were comfortable, and the electric blankets were a highlight—perfect for staying warm when the temperature dropped to 3°C at night.

It was mice to pick up the key from someone who you could talk to ,and was very helpful.
Lots of space. Also lots of pots and pans to choose from

A good place to stop over, area quite remote, take food with you as local store not very good.
Pros:

A great welcome including a glass of port, friendly and helpful staff, allowed entry a little before usual time, good set up with things to make lie easier, spacious accommodation,

Cons:

A few pieces of furniture quite dusty, led lights in appliances at night quite annoying when trying to sleep.
