The hotel is very well maintained, and the elevators were always readily available with little to no waiting time. The location is convenient and within a comfortable distance of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. The staff were friendly and professional, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.
