Pros:

The location is amazing only 3 min walking to masjid nabawi.
Everything was exceptional from reception their warmth always smiling helpful and their fast response and continous follow up is something else.
Rooms are very spacious comfy and perfectly clean Ibrahim and Rehan were taking care of our room, big thanks to them.
The breakfast was very yummy always full ,many varieties, table were always clean and service was very fast.
I enjoyed my stay so much am looking forward coming back again.

Housekeeping was excellent especially shafiqul who was amazing.

Cons:

Reaching hotel on car is a problem due to ongoing construction and google not giving the correct path. Hotel should provide this information beforehand to avoid inconvenience.
