Pros:

Location is very close to Masjid Nabvi. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Parking in the hotel was not available. Hotel shall provide parking to each guest.

Great hotel to stay in Madina
Pros:

We stayed there for one night , the rooms and beds were quite clean and comfortable, the selection at buffet breakfast was amazing , it was very Delicious, also the hotel is very conveniently located for ladies to visit Haram Sharrif , we always enjoy staying here , never disappointed

Cons:

The crowd management with lifts and at the breakfast can be improved , due to high season and full capacity I am sure is a challenge

إقامة جميلة مع بعض الملاحظات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين
Pros:

انت إقامتنا في الفندق جميلة بشكل عام، وأود أن أشكر طاقم الاستقبال على حسن التعامل والاحترافية والترحيب منذ لحظة الوصول. إجراءات الدخول كانت سلسة، والموظفون متعاونون ويحرصون على تقديم المساعدة بكل لطف.

الغرفة كانت جميلة ومريحة ونظيفة عند الاستلام، كما أن مرافق الفندق ممتازة وتعطي شعورًا بالراحة. كذلك كان البوفيه متنوعًا ولذيذًا، وجودة الأطعمة جيدة جدًا، وكانت تجربة الإفطار من أجمل الأمور خلال الإقامة.

Cons:

لدي بعض الملاحظات التي أتمنى أخذها بعين الاعتبار لتحسين التجربة أكثر. كانت هناك رائحة دخان في الغرفة رغم أن بقية الأمور كانت جيدة. كما أنه في اليوم الثاني لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة، ولم يتم تزويدنا بمناديل أو عبوات مياه جديدة، وهو أمر كنا نتوقعه خلال فترة الإقامة.

أيضًا واجهنا صعوبة في المواقف عند الوصول، حيث اضطررنا للانتظار حتى يتوفر موقف شاغر لنتمكن من إيقاف السيارة، وأتمنى إيجاد حلول أفضل لإدارة المواقف خاصة في أوقات الازدحام.

Good option for a reasonable price
Pros:

This was my second stay at this hotel.
Good location. Less than 5 mins walk to Masjid Nabwi courtyard.
Car parking available (but wait of almost an hour).
Restaurants/ shops nearby.

Cons:

Leaky faucet in the washroom. I didn't complain as it didn't bother me much.
Housekeeping should identify such issues to the maintenance before guests arrive.
Switching off lights also cut the power to sockets beside the beds. This was a bit annoying for phone charging.

مكان رائع ، انصح به وبشدة
Pros:

كل شيئ رائع وجميل، اجواء ايمانية ، واجواء العيد بهجة ، البوفيه بكامل موظفية فخامة وتنوع ولطافة في الظيافة فوق الوصف، الإستقبال ممتاز .. والموظفين ودودين جداً خاصة عبدالرحمن الأحمدي، ورياض الشريف .. تجربة ممتازة لم تكن اول مره ولن تكون الأخيره بإذن الله

موقع الفندق في المنطقة المركزية من الجهة الشمالية للمسجد الحرام . وهذا الموقع وقت الذروة يستحيل الدخول عليه بسبب الزحام الشديد واغلاق المنافذ مرورياً ، لذلك انصح القادمين للفندق في العشر الآواخر من ومضان او العيدين ان يأتو في موعد استلام الغرف بالضبط.. ليتمكنوا من الدخول

من الاستقبال المواقف المطعم النظافة المصاعد قاعة الاستقبال خدمات الضيوف الكل أي موضوع عندك وترغب أن يحل أو تطلب الكل يحولك على الاخر ويخلي مسؤولية حتى لا يحل لك الموضوع بما فيهم المدير المناوب سواء صباحا أو مساء ( من الاشياء المضحكة) الساعة التاسعة مساء تطلب اكل من المطعم إلى الغرفة لا يحضر لك شيء وبعدها لا يرد على اتصالك وعندما تشتكي يقولك المطعم مغلق اول مرة اعرف فندق درجة أولى المطعم يغلق للتوصيل للغرف ( وايضاً من الاشياء المضحكة ) انت تروح تتفاهم مع موظف موقف السيارات الاستقبال لا يتواصلون معاه هو الذي يقرر يدخلك أو لا طبعا فندق درجة أولى ( وأمور كثيرة) لا اود أن اذكرها لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العلي العظيم
