This hotel has been my home away from home for some years - it is very conveniently located close to Airlangga University and Gubeng Station. The area is nice, with convenient shops and cafes nearby and the buzz of Tunjungan Plaza, etc. not too far off.
What REALLY makes this hotel stand out though is its staff. To say that everyone working there is always friendly and accommodating is an understatement. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr Irzam in particular: Today, I checked out and went to the airport with not much of a time cushion before my flight. Having arrived there, I discovered that I had forgotten my passport at the Hotel. I am not sure HOW he did it, but Mr Irzam personally raced my passport to the airport in less than 30 minutes and enabled me to take my flight; it was a near miracle. If I wasn't already, Santika Gubeng would have earned themselves a lifelong customer!
Hotel staff friendly, room was clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast a lot of variety.
Door room I follow the instruction on key card but still difficult to open. After few time tried. Atlast went to reception they change the new key card.
Great breakfast including ginger tea and several other drinks in addition to the usual tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the train station

Не задумываясь выбрала Santika, так как с сетью была знакома. И не ошиблась: это предсказуемое качество и комфорт.
Просторные чистые номера, отличный матрас, помогающий персонал.
Отель, в котором можно расслабиться как на отдыхе, так и в деловой поездке.
Вид из номера прекрасен панорамой на город.

La gentillesse du personnel et sa disponibilité (m’aide volontiers à réserver des billets pour le speed boat direction les Îles Karimunjawa car ma carte bancaire ne fonctionne pas).
L’emplacement (à 10 minutes en Grab de l’artère principale de Surabaya), la propreté de la chambre, sa bonne insonorisation ainsi que la belle vue sur la ville

Room no. 1917..the A/C is not cold, when I was staying at 1710 the A/C was excellent. One of the pillow case, had a lipstick..when they are doing the laundry...they don't washed it good.
