Pros:

40+ countries and counting, 250k+ Insta friends along the way. If you’re new here, we are Vibrant Wanderers (would love to connect on Insta), and we’re so glad you’re here to read about our stay. We booked a last-minute escape to Port Blair, and we chose this hotel because of the brand’s strong reputation. We booked a suite to ensure a premium experience, but when we checked in, we were in complete shock. The WC was dirty, the bathroom was in a horrible state, very poor quality amenities even in a suite and there were stains on the table, absolutely unacceptable for a suite. I immediately spoke with the front office manager, who did step in to help, and the restaurant manager was also very courteous and arranging medical support for my husband, who was very sick. The general manager also met us the next morning, and while we appreciated their effort, the cleanliness was just appalling. I had trusted the brand despite the 7 rating, but it was a major letdown. That said, the restaurant is a highlight,amazing views, fantastic food, and a stellar team. But the cleanliness in the room made me doubt the hygiene even in the kitchen. So, take this into account and make a well-informed decision,if you can overlook these issues, enjoy your stay, but we can’t forget the basics.

This is one of the oldest properties I have stayed in. The room size was very small, and no clean,
Pros:

Nothing to say more, The worst Property.

Cons:

I stayed at this property for two nights,(16th may to 18th May) and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Even though the hotel is very expensive, it is absolutely not worth the price. I would not recommend anyone to book this property, as even a normal ₹2000 hotel would offer much better service and comfort. The food was also very bad and disappointing

Room quality and the restaurant prices were too high and portion size is very minimal
Towels were not clean and service took a lot of time. It was no where near to a 5 star hotel
