Very Good Time.
Pros:

The Hotel Staff was very Cooperative.
Location was also very good, Near the Beach side and also Attractions of Sultan Ahmet.

Pros:

Bilal was extremely kind and helpful, always available. The room was small but there was everything we needed. The position was perfect: a couple minutes walking from the Blue mosque! All of this for a very low price.

Cons:

Some of the furniture looked quite old. The space was very limited, it was a bit uncomfortable to move around the room.

Good value for price, attentive reception
Pros:

Clean sheets and towels, responsive 24/7 support, good location, overall great value for price.

Cons:

Room was a bit small but for that price it was still a good deal. The fridge wasn't working but they had an alternative communal fridge so it was okay.

Pros:

Бронировала номер на неделю. Ооочень удобные кровати!!! Фото соответствуют. Персонал в отеле очень приветливый. Всегда готовы ответить на вопросы или что-то подсказать. Сам отель маленький и уютный. Удачное расположение, Цистерна Базилика, Айя София, Голубая мечеть - все в пешей доступности. В трех минутах ходьбы остановка автобуса до/от аэропорта. В следующий свой визит в Стамбул - только сюда.))

Cons:

Самый худший отель в нашем путешествии. Ни за что не останавливайтесь там. В карточке отеля сделаны лучшие фотографии номеров, но не представлены фото косячных мест. Сами номера очень маленькие, чемодан поставить негде. В душевой не развернуться. В номере который мы забронировали не было вентиляции, чтобы проветрить нужно было открыть окно, которое выходило на шумную улицу. Был какой-то гул, причину которого хозяин не объяснил. Нам предложили другой номер, якобы лучше, на верхнем этаже с выходом на общую террасу, которая также в ужасном состоянии, не ухоженная, не уютная. Этот номер с первого взгляда показался лучше. Хотя так же было не развернуться, было 2 кровати и холодильник вместо прикроватной тумбы! Но все оказалось ещё хуже. Позже мы обнаружили ПЛЕСЕНЬ в углах стен, отсутствие горячей воды в раковине, а в душе ее пришлось ждать 20 минут, пока она нагреется. В комнате оказалось холодно, я замёрзла ночью. Решили съехать. И тут началось. Деньки за оплаченные 5 дней естественно хозяин не хотел возвращать и даже не видел проблемы в наличии плесени! Для него это норма! По глупости оплату провела через Букинг, поэтому деньги вернуть не удалось. Хозяин пытался предложить нам номер в другом своем отеле (номера аналогично микроскопические: кровать и туалет, лишь теплее и была горячая вода) причем изначально за дополнительную оплату!!! Когда мы не согласились, сказал что без оплаты, но мы уже решили для себя что 5 дней в таких условиях и с таким отношением - это испортить себе отпуск, поэтому забронировали отель в 1000 раз лучше с небольшой разницей в цене Так мы потеряли пол дня на обсуждение, мотание чемоданами и деньги. И ещё позже время на безуспешную попытку вернуть деньги через Букинг. Низа что там не останавливайтесь, если не хотите испортить себе отдых! Кстати чистота белья тоже под большим сомнением!

Szállásunk kiváló választásnak bizonyult: központi helyen található, így minden könnyen elérhető. A főbb látnivalók rövid sétával megközelíthetők, a T1-es villamossal pedig szinte bárhová egyszerűen eljuthatunk. Számunkra 8 napon keresztül tökéletesen megfelelt, minden igényünket kielégítette.

I like the hotel and room specially MR BILAL. He helped me alot throughout my stay in their hotel.

All main attractions are just 7 to 8 minutes walk from the hotel.

Ein sehr netter Vermieter. Immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Preis - Leistung sind einfach perfekt. Tolle Lage in einer tollen Stadt zu einem sensationellen Preis. Wir können hier nur eine Empfehlung aussprechen. Weiter so und bis bald. 😉

Great stay, 4 minutes walk away from Blue Mosque
Pros:

The host, Bilal, was very friendly, helping us by letting us check in early and giving us great recommendations for food around the area. They have recently bought the place, he told us, and they did great at organising and cleaning the place. Although the room is a bit small, we really liked it. It has everything you need: comfy bed, working ac/heating, good shower, clean bathroom, good curtains and a boiler to make some tea/coffee. Location is also great. Some roadnoise but quite limited for how central it is. 4 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque. And a great balcony to admire the views (although unfortunately it was raining a bit when we were there).
