Location although heavy construction from 07:00

Cons:

The staff, especially the guy at the desk. Not friendly at all. Saw him arguing with multiple guests on different days. I have a feeling customer service is not his strength.

התאים לצרכים שלנו כי יצאנו מוקדם והגענו מאוחר ובעצם רק רצינו להתקלח לישון ולשתות כוס קפה

ניקיון. סידור מיטות ומגבות נקיות. פינת קפה נוחה

Cons:

בקשנו שחמש המיטות בחדר יפוצלו ל 5 מיטות נפרדות והן לא הופרדו. החדרים צפופים. טלוויזיה אחת לא פעלה. דלת אחד מחדרי השינה נסגרת רק עם נעילה, אין מעלית. כשישבנו בלובי מאוחר כדי לשתות כוס תה התבקשנו לא לשבת במקום שרצינו כי הפריע לחדרים סמוכים

Cons:

מלון בוטיק זה לא!! יותר אכסניית נוער ,החדר היה בקומת מרתף עם נוף של פחי זבל , בריח עובש מעופש והמגב באמבטיה לא מזמין להתקלח בכלל.
הרגשנו מזוהמים ולרגע לא דרכתי על הריצפה יחפה .
לא נשוב מין הסתם לחירבה הזה !
